Pre trib rapture is false along with Eternal security

rapture (2)

We all  should be prepared to meet our Maker Jesus Christ – God  at any time, whether it be Post-Trib, Pre-Trib, 10  years from now, tomorrow, or with our next breath being our last but firstly many are not, and   still God never had  promised we would escape persecution as half of the Christians already do know world wide  so why do a few select persons falsely believe  all Christians will escape the rapture, wishfull thinking on their part.. or they are just plain dumb?
.
“If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it hated you.  19) If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you. 20) Remember the word that I said unto you, The servant is not greater than his lord. If they have persecuted me, they will also persecute you; if they have kept my saying, they will keep yours also.  21) But all these things will they do unto you for my name’s sake, because they know not him that sent me.”(John 15:18-21, KJV)
 .

“… the world hath hated them, because they are not of the world, even as I am not of the world. 15) I pray not that thou shouldest take them out of the world, but that thou shouldest keep them from the evil.” (John 17:14b-15, KJV)

 .

Paul wrote to Timothy: “Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution.” (II Tim. 3:12, KJV)

.

“If ye be reproached for the name of Christ, happy are ye; for the spirit of glory and of God resteth upon you; on their part evil is spoken of, but on your part He is glorified.” (I Peter 3:14)

Corrie Ten Boom’s   in THIS YOUTUBE VIDEO  comments on the Pre-Tribulation Rapture view which is popular today. She relays a word of warning to us in the West from the Suffering Church in China. She exhorts us to prepare ourselves spiritually in Christ, in His Holy Word, and by His Holy Spirit for the coming trials of our faith. She tells of the Chinese Church in a former time being misinformed, unwarned, and ill-prepared for he persecutions that began in 1949 under Mao Tse Tung’s Red Guards. In this letter Corrie warns that Christians in the West today are in danger of falling into a similar disaster born of ecclesiastical neglect and the resultant spiritual unpreparedness. Corrie, in classic Dutch directness plainly states that those who teach a Pre-Tribulation Rapture are among the false teachers Jesus warned us about. See Mat.24:4-5).

.

Millions of godly believers for almost 1,800 years did not believe in a pretribulation rapture. Among these were the reformers of the 1500s and the revivalists of the 1600s-1700s. George Mueller, who lived in the mid-1800s, is reported to have stated, “If you can show me a trumpet after the last (1 Cor. 15:52) and a resurrection before the first (Rev. 20:4-5), then I can believe this new doctrine.”

.

Jesus’ final teaching on His Second Coming, given on the Mount of Olives, and recorded in Matthew 24 and 25, is extremely clear. In Matthew 24, there is no Second Coming and no rapture until “after the tribulation of those days … [for] then shall appear the sign of the Son of Man in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. And He shall send His angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together His elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other” (Matt. 24:29-31).

.

Paul, in 1 Corinthians 15:51-52, places the rapture of the church “at the last trumpet,” as does John in Revelation 11:15-18:  “The seventh angel sounded his trumpet [the last one], and there were loud voices in heaven, which said: The kingdom of the world has become the kingdom of our Lord and of His Christ and He will reign forever and ever … The time has come for judging the dead, and for rewarding Your servants the prophets and your saints and those who reverence Your Name, both small and great … .”

.

The rapture of the church is definitely biblical, but when will the rapture occur? Will it be before (pre), during (mid) or after (post) the great tribulation? Five Scriptures are very clear regarding the exact timing of the rapture.
 1.   And he will send his angels and gather his elect from the four winds, from the ends of theearth to the ends of the heavens (Mark 13:27).NOTE: This event is the rapture. The elect will be gathered from earth to heaven and it occurs posttribulation (or that distress depending on the translation referred to), according to Mark 13:24-27:

But in those days, following that distress, the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light; the stars will fall from the sky, and the heavenly bodies will be shaken. At that time men will see the Son of Man coming in clouds with great power and glory. And he will send his angels and gather his elect from the four winds, from the ends of the earth to the ends of the heavens.

2.   Listen, I tell you a mystery: We will not all sleep, but we will all be changed—in a flash, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, the dead will be raised imperishable, and we will be changed (1 Cor. 15:51,52).NOTE: The rapture is when our bodies will be changed and will occur when the last trumpet is sounded. This event is a also called a “mystery.”
.
 3.   Concerning the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and our being gathered to him, we ask you, brothers, not to become easily unsettled or alarmed by some prophecy, report or letter supposed to have come from us, saying that the day of the Lord has already come. Don’t let anyone deceive you in any way, for that day will not come until the rebellion occurs and the man of lawlessness is revealed, the man doomed to destruction (2 Thess. 2:1-3).NOTE: This teaching is clearly about the rapture for it is described here as “our being gathered to him.” The two major events cited by Paul, which must precede it, have not happened and cannot happen until sometime after the temple is rebuilt and the antichrist is then revealed. Hence, the antichrist will be revealed before the rapture and the saints will face him.
.
4a. The seventh angel sounded his trumpet, and there were loud voices in heaven, which said: “The kingdom of the world has become the kingdom of our Lord and of his Christ, and he will reign for ever and ever.” And the twenty-four elders, who were seated on their thrones before God, fell on their faces and worshiped God, saying: “We give thanks to you, Lord God Almighty, the One who is and who was, because you have taken your great power and have begun to reign. The nations were angry; and your wrath has come. The time has come for judging the dead, and for rewarding your servants the prophets and your saints and those who reverence your name, both small and great—and for destroying those who destroy the earth” (Rev. 11:15-18).NOTE: The seventh trumpet is the last trumpet. This is also when God’s wrath begins and the saints are rewarded. Lk. 14:14 says the rewards will be given out at the resurrection of the righteous (or rapture).

Immediately before the seventh trumpet sounds, we read this about the seventh trumpet:

.

4b. But in the days when the seventh angel is about to sound his trumpet, the mystery of God will be accomplished, just as he announced to his servants the prophets(Rev. 10:7).NOTE: The rapture event is a “mystery” in 1 Cor. 15:51,52 and here in Rev. 10:7 (at the last trumpet—the seventh one). This means all that is described during the first six trumpets will be experienced by the last generation of Christians.
.
5.   I saw thrones on which were seated those who had been given authority to judge. And I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded because of their testimony for Jesus and because of the word of God. They had not worshiped the beast or his image and had not received his mark on their foreheads or their hands. They came to life and reigned with Christ a thousand years. (The rest of the dead did not come to life until the thousand years were ended.) This is the first resurrection. Blessed and holy are those who have part in the first resurrection. The second death has no power over them, but they will be priests of God and of Christ and will reign with him for a thousand years (Rev. 20:4-6).NOTE: The first resurrection (or rapture) will occur after Christians are beheaded for remaining faithful during the time of the antichrist, which includes not taking the mark of the beast. Compare to 2 Thess. 2:1-3. Just like the pieces of a puzzle that fit together and form a clear picture, when these Scriptures are compared it becomes crystal clear that the rapture will occur after the tribulation period and we face the antichrist.

Also related to Rev. 20:4-6 is this passage:

If anyone is to go into captivity, into captivity he will go. If anyone is to be killed with the sword, with the sword he will be killed. This calls for patient endurance and faithfulness on the part of the saints. (Rev 13:10)

Again, this is more evidence that the saints will face the antichrist and this will be before the first resurrection (or rapture). Yes, there will be a rapture (a catching up), as the Bible teaches:

For the Lord himself will come down from heaven, with a loud command, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet call of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first. After that, we who are still alive and are left will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And so we will be with the Lord forever (1 Thess. 4:16,17).

The Bible teaches a post tribulation rapture. It is as it is.

.

Dear saint, in the past the children of God have been burned at the stake, ripped apart by wild animals for amusement, beaten to death, etc. Please don’t think you won’t go through similar rough times yourself because you are his child. Don’t be deceived.

Do not be afraid of those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. Rather, be afraid of the One who can destroy both soul and body in hell (Matt. 10:28).

They overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony; they did not love their lives so much as to shrink from death (Rev. 12:11).

A third angel followed them and said in a loud voice: “If anyone worships the beast and his image and receives his mark on the forehead or on the hand, he, too, will drink of the wine of God’s fury, which has been poured full strength into the cup of his wrath. He will be tormented with burning sulfur in the presence of the holy angels and of the Lamb. And the smoke of their torment rises for ever and ever. There is no rest day or night for those who worship the beast and his image, or for anyone who receives the mark of his name.” This calls for patient endurance on the part of the saints who obey God’s commandments and remain faithful to Jesus. (Rev 14:9-12)

.

Remember also that the tribulation is not the wrath of God, and the tribulation is not seven years in length! It is amazing how some pre-trib rapture people are so adamant about their belief in the timing of the rapture as to state that one is a heretic and/or unsaved if he rejects the pre-trib rapture teaching, but this has actually been taught and some have believed this very thing. May God help them to see the truth.

.

(2 Timothy 2:14 NIV) Keep reminding them of these things. Warn them before God against quarreling about words; it is of no value, and only ruins those who listen.

.

Remember this: A wonderful paradise kingdom is awaiting the overcomer who remains faithful to God, even if he has the privilege to die for Jesus before getting there.

.

 .
It is amazing how many ungodly professing Christians  still do think and falsely preach that just cause they had once received Jesus Christ as their LORD and saviour, they can now even  live a self centered life, or cheat, lie, steal, sin deliberately and they next now will face no personal negative repercussions, they will not even lose their salvation..
.
Hebrews 10:26-27 For if we go on sinning willfully after receiving the knowledge of the truth, there no longer remains a sacrifice for sins, but a certain terrifying expectation of judgment, and the fury of a fire which will consume the adversaries.”
.

Eternal salvation is only given to the obedient –

.

Once made perfect, he [Jesus] became the source of eternal salvation for all who OBEY him (Heb. 5:9). All , people need to get saved and stay saved, which often doesn’t happen! The Christian life is a fight against sin (Heb. 12:4). Sin not only defiles, it can bring a righteous person to his spiritual death. To be worthy of Jesus, you must place him first in your life (even before your family), take up your cross and follow Jesus (Mt. 10:37,38). Only the continual followers of Jesus possess eternal life. Multitudes in our day, who profess to be Christians, only have the faith of demons. They profess Jesus as the Son of God, but live in sin. They do NOT have eternal salvation.

.

It was Christ who said, “You will know them by their fruits.” And Christ went on to say, “Not everyone who says to me Lord, Lord.” shall even enter the kingdom of heaven next.”” Not everyone who says to me Lord, Lord, will enter into the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of my father who is in heaven.” Which includes manifesting the fruit of the holy Spirit

.

(Rom 13:14 KJV) But put ye on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make not provision for the flesh, to fulfil the lusts thereof.

.

BAD PASTORS HAVE LIED TO ME AND HAVE SAID THAT  ONE MAKING  THE LORDSHIP OF JESUS CHRIST ON ONE S LIFE IS A LIFE TIME EXPERIENCE .. THESE COWARDS OR FOOLISH VIRGINS NEVER MADE A FULL COMMITMENT. AND MOST OF THESE PEOPLE WHO DO SO NEVER REPENT DAILY OF THEIR SINS STILL. THE ISSUE WAS IS JESUS THE ACTUAL FULL LORD OF YOUR LIFE OR THE DEVIL

 .

ONCE SAVED, ALWAYS SAVED ACCORDING TO THE BIBLE DOCTRINE OF ETERNAL SECURITY IS FALSE and also STILL false is the Rapture doctrine, which was generally the invention of the Plymouth Brethren led by John Nelson Darby (1800-1882), the idea that Jesus Christ will return for His true Church just before the beginning of the Great Tribulation in a secret gathering or “catching away” was an important part of Darby’s teaching and by 1860 the “rapture” had made its way to the United States

Now we are saved by grace (Eph. 2:8,9) but we can fall from grace (Gal. 5:2-4). We are justified by faith (Rom. 5:1) but our faith can become shipwrecked (1 Tim. 1:19,20) and cease to exist (Lk. 8:13; Rom. 11:19-23). We are not under the law (Rom. 6:14,15) but if you live according to the sinful nature you will die (Rom. 8:13). Paul taught against legalism (Gal. 5:3,4) but he also taught that no immoral, impure or greedy person has any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and of God (Eph. 5:5-7). We are not saved by works (Eph. 2:8,9) but to reap eternal life and not destruction you must sow to please the Spirit and not the sinful nature (Gal. 6:8,9). God is faithful to us (1 Jn. 1:9; 1 Cor. 10:13) but we must be faithful to him to the very end of our lives to escape the lake of fire or second death (Rev. 2:10,11). God surely loves us (Jn. 3:16; Mk. 10:21; Rom. 8:35-39) but those who inherit the kingdom of God love God (Jam 2:5; 1 Cor. 2:9) and to love God means to obey his commands (Jn. 14:15; 1 Jn. 5:3). We have freedom in Christ (Gal. 5:1) but this freedom is not to indulge the sinful nature (Gal. 5:13; 1 Pet 2:16). God is to be obeyed and feared.

.

NOW WHY OVER AND OVER AGAIN IS IT THAT SOME ARE TRYING SO HARD TO PROVE ETERNAL SECURITY TO OTHERS IF THIS WAS SUCH AN OBVIOUS POINT? WHILE ONLY JESUS CAN SAVE US FROM OUR SINS, ETERNAL SECURITY IS STILL A FARCE, A NEW DOCTRINE OF ONLY  THE LAST 2000 YEARS INVENTED BY THE BRETHREN DISPENSATIONALIST REV JOHN DARBY AS IT HAS NOT EVEN A PART OF CHRISTIANITY THE 1800 YEARS BEFORE THAT NOW TOO

.

NEVER MIND YOUR MERE HUMAN ARGUMENTS SHOW HOW MUCH YOU REALLY KNOW THE BIBLE.. QUOTE YOUR APPLICABLE  VERSES THEN.. AS ETERNAL SECURITY IS A BIG DEMONIC LIE.. IF YOU BELIEVE IN IT THE DEVIL HAS YOU POSSESSED NOW AND NOT GOD. THE SAME PERSONS WHO BELIEVE THAT ONE IS ETERNALLY SECURED TEND TO ALSO FALSELY BELIEVE THAT NO CHRISTIAN CAN BE DEMON POSSESSED.. WHAT A MOUTHFUL. YOU CAN SEE WHY THEY DO NOT WANT TO BELIEVE THEY CAN BE DEMON POSSESSED..

.

“Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and our gathering together unto him, that you be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, that the day of Christ is at hand.” — 2 Thess. 2:1,2.Apostle Peter tells us in his second letter (1.16,19-2.3): For we have not followed cunningly devised fables, when we made known unto you the power and coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, but were eyewitnesses of his majesty …. We have also a more sure word of prophecy; whereunto ye do well that ye take heed, as unto a light that shineth in a dark place …. Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation. For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost. But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that brought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction. And many shall follow their pernicious ways; by reason of whom the way of truth shall be evil spoken of. And through covetousness shall they with feigned words make merchandise of you ….(1 Tim 1:7 KJV) Desiring to be teachers of the law; understanding neither what they say, nor whereof they affirm.(Heb 5:12 KJV) For when for the time ye ought to be teachers, ye have need that one teach you again which be the first principles of the oracles of God; and are become such as have need of milk, and not of strong meat.

 .

Philippians 3: 14 I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.
.
1 Timothy 4: 1 Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils;
.

In the Bible, there are several passages in which God promises us the gift of eternal life, and the Bible also makes it perfectly clear that we can never earn that gift. However, a problem develops when people start to think that they don’t need to show any responsibilities towards God’s gift of salvation. Yet if thou warn the wicked, and he turn not from his wickedness, nor from his wicked way, he shall die in his iniquity; but thou hast delivered thy soul. Again, When a righteous [man] doth turn from his righteousness, and commit iniquity, and I lay a stumbling block before him, he shall die: because thou hast not given him warning, he shall die in his sin, and his righteousness which he hath done shall not be remembered; but his blood will I require at thine hand” (Ezekiel 3:19-20).

Clearly everyone who’s under God’s grace needs to accept that dreaded word, “responsibility.”

“Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?” (Matthew 7:21-22).

”Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils” (1 Timothy 4:1).

”And the Lord said unto Moses, Whosoever hath sinned against me, him will I blot out of my book (Exodus 32:33).

”He that overcometh, the same shall be clothed in white raiment; and I will not blot out his name out of the book of life, but I will confess his name before my Father, and before his angels” (Revelation 3:5).

”For [it is] impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted of the heavenly gift, and were made partakers of the Holy Ghost, And have tasted the good word of God, and the powers of the world to come, If they shall fall away, to renew them again unto repentance; seeing they crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh, and put [him] to an open shame” (Hebrews 6:4-6).

•”

And why call ye me, Lord, Lord, and do not the things which I say?” (Luke 6:46).

..

I failed to spot any exemptions allowing Christians to ignore God’s warnings:

”Whosoever hateth his brother is a murderer: and ye know that no murderer hath eternal life abiding in him” (1 John 3:15).

”This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away” (2 Tim 3:1-5).

”But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death” (Revelation 21:8).

”For if after they have escaped the pollutions of the world through the knowledge of the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, they are again entangled therein, and overcome, the latter end is worse with them than the beginning. For it had been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than, after they have known [it], to turn from the holy commandment delivered unto them. But it is happened unto them according to the true proverb, The dog [is] turned to his own vomit again; and the sow that was washed to her wallowing in the mire” (2 Peter 2:20-22).

•”

But now I have written unto you not to keep company, if any man that is called a brother be a fornicator, or covetous, or an idolater, or a railer, or a drunkard, or an extortioner; with such an one no not to eat” (1 Corinthians 5:11).

.

In America, about 84 percent of its citizens claim to be “Christians,” and a reported 57 percent belong to a church. When asked if they think they’ll be going to heaven, more than 90 percent of Americans believe that heaven will be their final destination.

.

Despite this people’s overwhelming optimism, Jesus, in Matthew 7:13-14, said that few would be saved. I’ve been asking people what they believe all my life, and I’ve found a very large portion of society holds to some form of the once-saved-always-saved doctrine.

.

The also bizarre argument that the eternal security crowd propagates is the idea that once you decide to become a Christian, you can never change your mind. Once you’re in, there’s no escape. From what Bible did this cultic teaching come? Certainly not the one I’m using.

.

The Apostle Peter says in 2 Peter 2:21 that it would “had been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than, after they have known [it], to turn from the holy commandment delivered unto them.” Not only did Peter say that believers can turn away, but he said it would be better for them to not have become aware of something that would end up haunting them throughout all eternity.

.

One excuse I hear a lot in an attempt to explain how someone can seem to fall away is the statement that “these people never really believed in the first place.” I have known people who were saved miraculously, yet they fell away. If their salvation wasn’t legitimate, then I’d have to doubt honesty of every of all confessions. 50 percent of all once loudly professing Christians not only fall away, they admit to doing so cause Jesus did not give them all their wants, desires, needs next too.

.

all who believe on Eternal Security agree that salvation is secure for eternity because they truly repented and saved to become a believer sometime in the past even though they act like immoral pigs now too.. Eternal security is not a doctrine on it’s own. It has a supporting doctrine called “Faith Only” doctrine which teaches no works are required. This is primarily because, many of these clearly still Bible ignorant persons they do not properly discern the faith / works mentioned by Paul’s letters and in the book of James. Rom 4:2-5) For if Abraham were justified by works, he hath [whereof] to glory; but not before God. For what saith the scripture? Abraham believed God, and it was counted unto him for righteousness. Now to him that worketh is the reward not reckoned of grace, but of debt. But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness.

.

Jas 2:21-24) Was not Abraham our father justified by works, when he had offered Isaac his son upon the altar? Seest thou how faith wrought with his works, and by works was faith made perfect? And the scripture was fulfilled which saith, Abraham believed God, and it was imputed unto him for righteousness: and he was called the Friend of God. Ye see then how that by works a man is justified, and not by faith only.

,

Eternal security supporters say, A person can be saved (present tense) through faith, not of works, it is the gift of God (Ephesians 2:8, 9).

.

We need to look into the text carefully and with context. They ignore overlook the next verse esp., verse 10 which says “in Christ”.

.

(Eph 2:10) For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.

.

But if someone rejects Christ anytime along the way, he will also not receive eternal life.

.

(Rom 6:22-23) But now being made free from sin, and become servants to God, ye have your fruit unto holiness, and the end everlasting life. For the wages of sin [is] death; but the gift of God [is] eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

Eternal security supporters say, True faithful converts will never reject Christ. If they reject, they were never truly saved.

Let us see what the scripture say.

(1Tim 4:1) Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils;

(Heb 10:38-39) Now the just shall live by faith: but if [any man] draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him. But we are not of them who draw back unto perdition; but of them that believe to the saving of the soul.

How can someone depart from faith if they had not already in faith? Drawing back from what? Scripture says yes, we can walk away.

(Matthew 7:19) “Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire.

Passages demonstrating that salvation is conditional upon continued faith:

You were once alienated from God – your very thoughts were hostile towards Him and your deeds were evil. Yet God has now made peace with you through the death of Christ in His physical body so that you may stand before Him as holy, without blemish and free from accusation – [this you will do] if you remain solidly grounded and firmly fixed in the faith, and un-moved from your hope in the gospel . . . Colossians 1:21-23

Here is a trustworthy saying: If we died with Him, we will also live with Him; if we persevere, we will also reign with Him. If we disown Him, He will also disown us; If we are faithless, He will remain faithful, for He cannot disown Himself. 2nd Timothy 2:11-13

It is through this gospel that you are being saved, if you hold firmly to the word I preached to you – otherwise you have believed in vain. 1st Corinthians 15:2

We are of [Christ’s] household, if we hold fast to our courage and confidence in this hope. Hebrews 3:6

For we have all become partners of Christ, if we hold fast to our original conviction firmly to the end. Hebrews 3:14

2. Passages that warn us to protect our faith:

Examine yourselves to see whether you still stand steady in the faith. Put your qualifications [as Christians] to the test. Or didn’t you know this about yourselves, that Jesus Christ is at home in you – if He’s not, then you are already disqualified. 2nd Corinthians 13:5

What is so wrong about dispensationalsim?

  DISPENSATIONALISM
 .
“My brother, I am a constant reader of my Bible, and I soon found that what I was taught to believe did not always agree with what my Bible said. I came to see that I must either part company with John Darby, or my precious Bible, and I chose to cling to my Bible and part from Mr. Darby.” George Müeller (1805–1898)
.
I am quite convinced that all the promises to Israél are found, are finding and will find their perfect fulfilment in the Church. It is true that in time past, in my expositions, I gave a definite place to Israél in the purposes of God. I have now come to the conviction, as I have just said, that it is, the new and spiritual Israél that is intended.  G. Campbell Morgan (1863-1945)
 .
Dispensationalism is a device of the enemy, designed to rob the children of no small part of that bread which their heavenly Father has provided for their souls; a device wherein the wily serpent appears as an angel of light, feigning to “make the Bible a new book” by simplifying much in it which perplexes the spiritually unlearned. It is sad to see how widely successful the devil has been by means of this subtle innovation.  A. W. Pink (1886-1952)
 .
It is mortifying to remember that I not only held and taught these novelties myself, but that I even enjoyed a complacent sense of superiority because thereof, and regarded with feelings of pity and contempt those who had not received the “new light” and were unacquainted with this up-to-date method of “rightly dividing the word of truth.” For I fully believed what an advertising circular says in presenting “Twelve Reasons why you should use THE SCOFIELD REFERENCE BIBLE,” namely, that: “First, the Scofield Bible outlines the Scriptures from the standpoint of DISPENSATIONAL TRUTH, and there can be no adequate understanding or rightly dividing of the Word of God except from the standpoint of dispensational truth.”
 .
What a slur is this upon the spiritual understanding of the ten thousands of men, “mighty in the Scriptures,” whom God gave as teachers to His people during all the Christian centuries before “dispensational truth” (or dispensational error), was discovered! And what an affront to the thousands of men of God of our own day, workmen that need not to be ashamed, who have never accepted the newly invented system! Yet I was among those who eagerly embraced it (upon human authority solely, for there is none other) and who earnestly pressed it upon my fellow Christians. I am deeply thankful, however, that the time came (it was just ten years ago) when the inconsistencies and self contradictions of the system itself, and above all, the impossibility of reconciling its main positions with the plain statements of the Word of God, became so glaringly evident that I could not do otherwise than renounce it. The History of Dispensationalism (Please note: Due to websites being moved and changed, some links have been broken)
 .
Dispensationalism is a method of Bible interpretation which was first devised by  John Nelson Darby (1800-1882), and later formulated by the controversial American  Cyrus Ingerson Scofield [sometimes referred to as Cyrus Ingersoll Scofield] (1843-1921), and is also known as Pre-millennial Dispensationalism. Although Darby was not the first person to suggest such a theory, he was, however, the first to develop it as a system of Bible interpretation and is, therefore, regarded as the Father of Dispensationalism.
 .
The origin of this theory can be traced to three  Jesuit priests; (1)  Francisco Ribera (1537-1591), (2)  Cardinal Robert Bellarmine (1542-1621) one of the best known Jesuit apologists, who promoted similar theories to Ribera in his published work between 1581 and 1593 entitled Polemic Lectures Concerning the Disputed Points of the Christian Belief Against the Heretics of This Time, and (3) Manuel Lacunza (1731–1801).  The writings of Ribera and Bellarmine, which contain the precedence upon which the theory of Dispensationalism is founded, were originally written to counteract the Protestant reformers’ interpretation of the Book of the Revelation which, according to the reformers, exposed the Pope as Antichrist and the Roman Catholic Church as the whore of Babylon.
 .
Ribera’s theory lay dormant until it was revisited by Lacunza, and Lacunza’s work the Coming of Messiah in Glory and Majesty (Vol.I,  Vol.II.), was translated into English by Edward Irving (1792–1834) in 1827. However, Irving was not aware that the author of this work was not the converted Jewish Rabbi he pretended to be, but a Roman Catholic imposter, and a Jesuit at that! Irving was duped into believing that Lacunza was a converted Jewish Rabbi named Juan Josafat Ben-Ezra, and he was taken in by his anti-Protestant writings. It should be noted that J. N. Darby was also vehemently opposed to Protestantism and at one time, like his friend John Henry Newman, considered converting from Anglicanism to the Roman Church. Having been led astray by this Jesuit work, Irving completely rejected the historical orthodox Christian belief concerning the return of Jesus Christ; as the following extract from his introduction to his translation of Lacunza’s work clearly shows.
 .
“…having, by God’s especial providence, been brought to the knowledge of a book, written in the Spanish tongue, which clearly sets forth, and demonstrates from Holy Scripture, the erroneousness of the opinion, almost universally entertained amongst us, that He is not to come till the end of the millennium, and what you call the last day, meaning thereby the instant or very small period preceding the conflagration and annihilation of this earth; I have thought it my duty to translate the same into the English tongue for your sake, that you may be able to disabuse yourselves of that great error, which hath become the inlet to many false hopes, and will, I fear, if not speedily corrected, prove the inlet to many worldly principles and confederacies, and hasten the ruin and downfall of the present churches.”
 .
Another Roman Catholic counter-interpretation to that held by Protestants is that of  Luis De Alcazar (1554-1613), a Spanish Jesuit. Alcazar also wrote a commentary on the book of the Revelation entitled An Investigation into the Hidden Meaning of the Apocalypse. In which he suggests that the entire Revelation applies to pagan Rome and the first six centuries of Christianity. Perhaps the Roman Catholic origin of the dispensationalist view is best described by  Le Roy Edwin Froom.
 .
It was Irving’s own interest in prophecy which led him to the works of Manuel Lacunza, (who wrote using the false Jewish name of Juan Josafat Ben-Ezra). Lacunza’s ideas were similar and probably based on the writings of the sixteenth century Jesuit, Francesco Ribera. Ribera was one of the Jesuits commissioned by the Pope to write a commentary on the book of Revelation that would hopefully counteract the anti-Catholic Protestant interpretation held at that time.
 .
In 1590, Ribera published a commentary on the Revelation as a counter-interpretation to the prevailing view among Protestants which identified the Papacy with the Antichrist. Ribera applied all of Revelation but the earliest chapters to the end time rather than to the history of the Church. Antichrist would be a single evil person who would be received by the Jews and would rebuild Jerusalem.
George Eldon Ladd. The Blessed Hope: A Biblical Study of the Second Advent and the Rapture. 1956. pp. 37-38.
 .
Ribera denied the Protestant Scriptural Antichrist (II Thessalonians 2) as seated in the church of God—asserted by Augustine, Jerome, Luther and many reformers. He set on an infidel Antichrist, outside the church of God.”
Ralph Thompson. Champions of Christianity in Search of Truth. p. 89.
 .
The result of his work [Ribera’s] was a twisting and maligning of prophetic truth.
Robert Caringol. Seventy Weeks: The Historical Alternative. p. 32.
 .
At the Council of Trent the Jesuits were commissioned by the Pope to develop a new interpretation of Scripture that would counteract the Protestant application of the Bible’s Antichrist prophecies to the Roman Catholic Church. Francisco Ribera (1537-1591), a brilliant Jesuit priest and doctor of theology from Spain, basically said, “Here am I, send me.” Like Martin Luther, Francisco Ribera also read by candlelight the prophecies about the Antichrist, the little horn, that man of sin, and the Beast.
 .
But because of his dedication and allegiance to the Pope, he came to conclusions vastly different from those of the Protestants. “Why, these prophecies don’t apply to the Catholic Church at all!” Ribera said. Then to whom do they apply? Ribera proclaimed, “To only one sinister man who will rise up at the end of time!” “Fantastic!” was the reply from Rome, and this viewpoint was quickly adopted as the official Roman Catholic position on the Antichrist.
 .
“In 1590, Ribera published a commentary on the Revelation as a counter-interpretation to the prevailing view among Protestants which identified the Papacy with the Antichrist. Ribera applied all of Revelation but the earliest chapters to the end time rather than to the history of the Church. Antichrist would be a single evil person who would be received by the Jews and would rebuild Jerusalem.” “Ribera denied the Protestant Scriptural Antichrist (2 Thessalonians 2) as seated in the church of God—asserted by Augustine, Jerome, Luther and many reformers. He set on an infidel Antichrist, outside the church of God.” “The result of his work [Ribera’s] was a twisting and maligning of prophetic truth.”
 .
Following close behind Francisco Ribera was another brilliant Jesuit scholar, Cardinal Robert Bellarmine (1542-1621) of Rome. Between 1581 and 1593, Cardinal Bellarmine published his “Polemic Lectures Concerning the Disputed Points of the Christian Belief Against the Heretics of This Time.” In these lectures, he agreed with Ribera. “The futurist teachings of Ribera were further popularized by an Italian cardinal and the most renowned of all Jesuit controversialists. His writings claimed that Paul, Daniel, and John had nothing whatsoever to say about the Papal power. The futurists’ school won general acceptance among Catholics. They were taught that Antichrist was a single individual who would not rule until the very end of time.” Through the work of these two tricky Jesuit scholars, we might say that a brand new baby was born into the world. Protestant historians have given this baby a name—Jesuit Futurism. In fact, Francisco Ribera has been called the Father of Futurism.
Steve Wohlberg. Left Behind by Jesuits.
 .
So great a hold did the conviction that the Papacy was the Antichrist gain upon the minds of men (who held the historicist view), that Rome at last saw she must bestir herself, and try, by putting forth other systems of interpretation, to counteract the identification of the Papacy with the Antichrist.
 .
Accordingly, toward the close of the century of the Reformation, two of the most learned (Jesuit) doctors set themselves to the task, each endeavouring by different means to accomplish the same end, namely, that of diverting men’s minds from perceiving the fulfilment of the prophecies of the Antichrist in the papal system. The Jesuit Alcazar devoted himself to bring into prominence the preterist method of interpretation,…and thus endeavoured to show that the prophecies of Antichrist were fulfilled before the popes ever ruled in Rome, and therefore could not apply to the Papacy.
 .
On the other hand, the Jesuit Ribera tried to set aside the application of these prophecies to the papal power by bringing out the futurist system, which asserts that these prophecies refer properly, not to the career of the Papacy, but to some future supernatural individual, who is yet to appear, and continue in power for three and a half years. Thus, as Alford says, the Jesuit Ribera, about A.D. 1580, may be regarded as the founder of the futurist system of modern times.
 .
…It is a matter for deep regret that those who advocate the futurist system at the present day, Protestants as they are for the most part, are really playing into the hands of Rome, and helping to screen the Papacy from detection as the Antichrist.
Rev. Joseph Tanner. Daniel and the Revelation. pp. 16-17.
 .
Edward Irving’s prophetic views were themselves based largely on the theories of these Jesuit writers, especially upon their commentaries on The Revelation. This combined with the ideas of his friend  Samuel Taylor Coleridge  (1772-1834)**, appear to be the basis of Irving’s millennialism.
 .
“Probably the religious opinions of Irving, originally in some respects more catholic and truer to human nature than generally prevailed in ecclesiastical circles, had gained breadth and comprehensiveness from his intercourse with Coleridge, but gradually his chief interest in Coleridge’s philosophy centred round that which was mystical and obscure, and to it in all likelihood may be traced his initiation into the doctrine of millenarianism….it was through Irving that Lacunza’s theory was introduced to the early leaders of the Plymouth Brethren whose early leaders such as John Nelson Darby attended one of the conferences on biblical prophecy at Powerscourt House (the home of Lady Powerscourt) and various other localities in County Wicklow from 1830 to 1840.”
 .
Irving got his interpretation of the book of The Revelation from Jesuit priests who had deliberately set out to lie and deceive by placing the events foretold in Revelation in some future scenario, and this in an attempt to hide the truth and avoid any connection between the Biblical Antichrist and the Pope of Romanism.
 .
It is important also to note that Irving was also influenced by his friend  Henry Drummond. The subject of “unfulfilled prophecy” was the main topic of interest and study at Drummond’s  Albury Conferences, and particularly the study of Old Testament prophecy in relation to the book of The Revelation.  It was at these gatherings that the concept of God’s unfulfilled promises to the Jews began to formulate.
 .
It was Irving’s obsession with prophecy and his apparent misuse of the gifts of the Spirit, which lead to his excommunication from the Church of Scotland in 1830. His book on the Humanity of Jesus Christ caused a great deal of offence to church leaders. It was this book that led to him being declared unfit to remain a minister of the Church of Scotland. In 1832, after his dismissal from his ministerial position, Irving founded his own church – the Holy Catholic Apostolic Church. In March 1833 he was deposed from the ministry of the Church of Scotland on the charge of heresy. Irving died the following year.
 .
Concerning the Brethren understanding of the person of Jesus Christ, F. F. Bruce says that there are “imbalances that need to be corrected in Brethren tradition,” and traces the problem directly to Irving himself.
 .
“..a weakness on the doctrine of our Lord’s humanity, verging at times on Docetism, has been endemic in certain phases of the Brethren movement. The reason for this is that, almost at the outset of the movement, Brethren found themselves involved in debates on the Person of Christ of a kind which, more especially among the rank and file, caused any emphasis on His normal manhood to be almost suspect.
 .
The trouble, I think, really goes back to Edward Irving (1792-1834). Irving, who was a leading participant in the Albury Park conferences (1826-30) and visited Lady Powerscourt at Powerscourt Castle in September 1830, published in the latter year his work on The Orthodox and Catholic Doctrine of our Lord’s Human Nature, in which he promulgated views which he had already ventilated in his preaching, and which led, three years later, to his conviction for heresy by the Presbytery of Annan and his expulsion from the ministry of the Church of Scotland.”

 F. F. Bruce. “The Humanity of Jesus Christ,” Journal of the Christian Brethren Research Fellowship. 1973.

.

Whether Irving’s dismissal from the ministry prompted Darby to separate from the Church of Ireland the same year is not clear, but it was during the 1832   Powerscourt Conference held in Co. Wicklow, that he first described his discovery of a “secret rapture.” According to several authorities the concept of a secret rapture was the substance of a prophecy given by a girl belonging to one of Irving’s groups.

.

“The rise in belief in the “Pre-Tribulation” rapture is sometimes attributed to a 15-year old Scottish-Irish girl named Margaret MacDonald (a follower of Edward Irving), who in 1830 had a vision that was later published in 1861.”
.
However, a study of the published prophecy does not give this impression. Rather, the message conveys the need for the Lord’s people to be ready for His return by living in holiness and the fullness of the Spirit. There is NO reference whatever to a secret rapture.
 .
It was the Jesuit Ribera who first taught that the events prophesied in the books of Daniel and Revelation would not be fulfilled until the final three and a half years of this present age. At that time, according to Ribera, anti-Christ would arise. Of course this position was a smoke screen to deflect from the fact that the Roman Catholic theologians knew clearly that the person depicted as anti-Christ in Scripture was none other than the Papacy. Ribera laid the foundation of a system of prophetic interpretation of which the Secret Rapture became an integral part.
 .
However, despite of the efforts of Jesuits like Ribera and others, It took another two and a half centuries before this Jesuit deception was accepted within the walls Evangelical Churches.
 .
In the early 19th Century Futurism entered the bloodstream of Protestant prophetic teaching by three main roads:
 .
(i) A Chilean Jesuit priest, Emmanuel Lacunza wrote a book entitled ‘The Coming of Messiah in Glory and Majesty’, and in its pages taught the novel notion that Christ returns not once, but twice, and at the ‘first stage’ of His return He ‘raptures’ His Church so they can escape the reign of the ‘future antichrist’. In order to avoid any taint of Romanism, Lacunza published his book under the assumed name of Rabbi Ben Ezra, a supposedly converted Jew. Lacunza’s book found its way to the library of the Archbishop of Canterbury, and there in 1826 Dr Maitland, the Archbishop’s librarian came upon it and read it and soon after began to issue a series of pamphlets giving the Jesuit, Futurist view of prophecy. The idea soon found acceptance in the Anglo-Catholic Ritualist movement in the National Church of England, and soon it tainted the very heart of Protestantism.
 .
(ii) The Secret Rapture doctrine was given a second door of entrance at this time by the ministry of one, Edward Irving, founder of the so-called ‘Catholic Apostolic Church’. It was in Irving’s London church, in 1830, that a young girl named Margaret McDonald gave an ecstatic prophecy in which she claimed there would be a special secret coming of the Lord to ‘rapture’ those awaiting His return. From then until his death in 1834 Irving devoted his considerable talent as a preacher to spreading the theory of the ‘secret rapture’.
 .
(iii) However, it was necessary for Jesuitry to have a third door of entrance to the Reformed fold and this they gained via a sincere Christian, J. N. Darby, generally regarded as the founder of the ‘Brethren’. As an Anglican curate Darby attended a number of mysteriously organised meetings on Bible Prophecy at Powerscourt in Ireland, and at these gatherings he learned about the ‘secret rapture’. He carried the teaching into the Brethren and hence into the heart of Evangelicalism. With a new veneer of being scriptural the teaching spread and was later popularised in the notes of the Schofield Reference Bible.
Alan Campbell. The Secret Rapture. Is it Scriptural?
 .
J. N. Darby, influenced by Edward Irving and followed by C. I. Scofield and the early dispensationalists such as Lewis S. Chafer and Charles Ryrie, held to this position. Ryrie describes pre-tribulationism as ‘normative dispensational eschatology’ and ‘a regular feature of classic dispensational premillennialism’. Pre-tribulationist premillennialists believe that Jesus Christ will return in the air to secretly ‘rapture’ true believers before the Tribulation begins on earth. After seven years of tribulation, Christ will return with His saints to overcome the Antichrist and his forces and establish God’s millennial kingdom on earth.
Stephen Sizer. Dispensationalism Defined Historically. 1997.
 .
Although Arnold Dallimore, in his biography of Irving (The Life of Edward Irving. Banner of Truth Trust. 1983), makes no reference to Darby’s direct association with Irving, one of Darby’s biographers does. William Kelly, in referring to his and Darby’s companions says, “For in brighter days did not Edward Irving call it a “swamp of love”, when his own mind was carried away by pretensions to miraculous power, and to a ritual beyond the Ritualists?” F. F. Bruce also links Irving to Darby through Lady Powerscourt. Irving was a “leading participant in the Albury Park conferences (1826-30) and visited Lady Powerscourt at Powerscourt Castle in September 1830”, the same year as he published his work on The Orthodoxand Catholic Doctrine of our Lord’s Human Nature. [Bruce. op. cit.]. Darby attended at least one of the conferences on prophecy held at Powerscourt Castle and may well have met Irving there at the time. Another biographer, Max S. Weremchuk, who we will now quote from extensively, refers to Darby actually quoting Irving in his own writings.
 .
“When Darby and Newton first met they went through Matthew 24 together and could not make head nor tail of it. Darby’s earliest papers, also those dealing with prophecy (in which he also quotes from Irving) do not support any pre-trib rapture views. …Of course he could have heard and read many things before his accident, he could have heard from Richard Graves’ views through Joseph Singer (with whom he had contact after returning to Ireland in the 1820s), he could have read Irving (he certainly did later) and others, but they do not appear to have affected him much at the time. I still feel his final Church/Israel distinction and pre-trib rapture views were a reaction, a sought for alternative, almost as if he tried to be “original”.”
Max S. Weremchuk. J. N. Darby.
 .
Joseph Wolff, an associate of Darby’s, may have introduced him to Irving. In H. P. Palmer’s biography of Wolff we read the following,
“He reached Dublin harbour in May 1826. . .When Wolff was safely landed in Dublin, he soon found himself the guest of eminent people, as we are told that, after speaking at the Rotunda, ‘he spent some days with Lord Roden and the Archbishop of Tuam.’. . .After Wolff had spent some weeks in Dublin, his activities were cut short by an invitation from Henry Drummond and Edward Irving, the founder of the ‘Catholic and Apostolic Church,’ to come to London. Darby was of course a curate in Calary at this time. He knew the Rotunda meeting place (at the very least because of the Bible Society and Rev. Robert Daly) and Lord Roden (Jocelyn – related to the Wingfield/Powerscourt family) and Archbishop Trench. Did Darby meet Wolff at this time? Possibly. Given the circumstances and people involved I’d be quite inclined to think so. Was he given a further nudge as to his own prophetic views at the time? Madden in “Memoir of the Right Rev. Robert Daly, D.D.” writes, “An interesting account is given in the Memoir of the Rev. Edward Irving of some meetings which were held in the year 1826, at Albury, the seat of Henry Drummond, Esq.”
 .
Lady Powerscourt was present at these meetings, as appears from a letter to Mr. Daly, of which the following is an extract: – ‘I am going to the prophets’ meeting at Mr. Drummond’s. . .” (pp. 142-144)
 .
In 1834 Wolff “travelled in Great Britain and Ireland on behalf of the London Society in company with its secretary. Never was there a more ill-matched pair. Wolff was always determined to speak about the Millennium and the restoration of the Jews, while the secretary maintained that he should devote his attention to the doctrine of the justification by faith. The ladies at Carisle who supported the Society sent a request to Wolff through the secretary that he should speak on the latter subject only. Wolff proved adamant. ‘If I come,’ he said, ‘I shall want to convert them to my views, not that they should convert me to theirs.’ ” (p. 192).
Weremchuk. op. cit.
 .
It should be noted here that Wolff was at one time A Roman Catholic and that Darby had several Roman Catholic acquaintances, like John Henry Newman (later Cardinal Newman) and Charles Butler (see below). This same author clearly connects Darby with Catholicism and this helps us understand Darby’s acceptance of Roman Catholic literature and teachings.
 .
A possible Catholic influence on Darby could have been the Roman Catholic barrister Charles Butler (1750-1832) – whom Maitland apparently greatly admired. Below is information I was sent in connection with my inquiries regarding him: “Butler, who was half-French (and fully conversant with Continental Catholic thought), was lay Secretary of the Catholic Committee in England and Wales from 1786 until the passing of the Catholic Emancipation Act in 1829. In 1831, shortly before his death, he was made a King’s Counsel (an office which had been denied him by law until the passing of the Catholic Emancipation Act) and a bencher of Lincoln’s Inn, to which he had been admitted in 1775. For most of his career he practised as a conveyancer (that being the highest legal to which he could aspire as a Catholic) and was reckoned to be the finest such practitioner for much of his career. Butler was also steeped in the Scriptures and published on the subject. One of his kinsmen was Charles Plowden (1743-1821), Provincial Superior of the English Jesuits from 1817-1821. Though Plowden was based at the Jesuits’ headquarters at Stonyhurst College in Lancashire, he was regularly in London, visiting Fr Edward Scott, SJ (1776-1836), the London agent of Stonyhurst College from 1817-1832, and Plowden could well have met Darby on a visit to Butler. Certainly, Darby seems to have been heavily influenced by Jesuit literature on pre-trib. rapture and these influences could have come via Butler and Plowden and/or Scott.”
Weremchuk. op. cit.
 .
B. W. Newton was convinced that J. N. Darby was working for the Jesuits. He says, “I often think he was in the employ of Jesuits; his brother was a Catholic and he himself at one time was known to be on the verge of joining just before he left the Bar.” (Fry MSS. Vol IV. pp. p. 44-45). Certainly Darby leant strongly to Roman Catholicism at one time and was well versed in Roman Catholic literature, especially that of Jesuits. He says of that time,
 .
“I looked for the church. Not having peace in my soul, nor knowing yet where peace is, I too, governed by a morbid imagination, thought much of Rome, and its professed sanctity, and catholicity, and antiquity – not of the possession of divine truth and of Christ myself. Protestantism met none of these feelings, and I was rather a bore to my clergyman by acting on the rubrics. I looked out for something more like reverend antiquity. I was really much in Dr. Newman’s state of mind.”
Weremchuk. op. cit.
 .
Weremchuk continues,
The Catholic influence may go further than suspected. Who did Darby converse with during his Catholic phase? How much teaching did he hear? These questions become important for the development of Darby’s prophetic views later. There are very many Catholic (Jesuit) elements involved in it. Darby’s view is not Ribera’s, nor Bellarmine’s, or Lacunza’s, but there are just too many corresponding elements when compared with each other that “chance” does not seem to be an honest explanation.
 .
All the “elements” were there in the 1820s and 1830s: the concept of ruin, of dispensations, of a Israel/Church distinction, of a rapture (even though only a 45 day gap, but nevertheless, a gap), the days as days and not years in Daniel – and so on. It was all there. Darby just brought it all together in a way that seemed to be right.
Weremchuk op. cit.
 .
Through the espousal of Jesuit Futurism by J. N. Darby and his followers, some one thousand five-hundred years of orthodox Christian prophetic history was discarded. Rome wants everybody to believe that the interpretation placed on Bible prophecy concerning anti-Christ has nothing whatever to do with the Roman Church. The Papacy wants us to believe that when Rome fell prophetic fulfilment halted, and will continue to be fulfilled from the time of the supposed Rapture.
 .
Thus the “ten horns,” the “little horn,” the Leopard-like “Beast,” and the Antichrist have nothing to do with Christians today. According to this viewpoint no prophecies were fulfilled during the Dark Ages. This remained a Catholic view for some 300 years after the Council of Trent. The plan of the Jesuits was that the Protestants would adopt this idea one day. To their delight it happened in the early 1800s in England, and from there it spread to America.”
 .
Concerning this false Jesuit teaching entering the Christian Church, Edgar F. Parkyns, says:
J. N. Darby and the Plymouth Brethren were amongst the early Protestant exponents of this view. Their literal interpretation of Bible prophecy and their ideas on the timing of the rapture and the Lord’s Second Coming attracted them to this futurist system of interpretation.
 .
In the early 19th. century there was a great spiritual vacuum in Britain and America. …people like J. N. Darby, Edward Irving and others also found in that spiritually starved generation a ready audience for their futuristic ideas. Ribera’s cunning has had its fruit in the publication of lots of extraordinary literature.
Edgar F. Parkyns. His Waiting Bride. 1996. pp. 31-31
 .
There can be very little doubt indeed that it was the teachings of Ribera and other Jesuits, through the influence of Irving and others of Darby’s friends, that led to Darby’s acceptance of the futurist interpretation of prophecy. When Darby first announced his conversion to these Jesuit teachings it brought immense opposition from within the movement he had helped to found, namely, the  Brethren. His views also caused insurmountable theological problems for himself and for those who sided with him. He considered all those who would not acknowledge his adopted beliefs to be apostate, and he refused to fellowship with people who, up to that time, were his close Christian friends. This division resulted in a massive rift amongst the Plymouth Brethren and the founding of the  Exclusive Brethren sect (Darby’s own followers).
 .
It appears that John Nelson Darby had no theological training, but came to his personal views after many years of struggle.
 .
Darby struggled with the claims of the Law for seven years, but he also struggled with the claims of the Church. His High Churchmanship is evidence of that. The demands he felt this placed on him almost drove him to despair and he sought an outlet for his conscience through the way he practised his “religion” at the time…
 .
His realising himself to be one in Christ brought real deliverance. But was not the resulting emphasis on the “spiritual” an escape hatch? Could not now all elements dealing with tradition and ritual – which had troubled him so much – be ignored and conveniently pushed into the sphere of “earthly Israel”?
 .
Why were others who worked with Darby during his time as a clergyman not driven by the same despair as he? Why did they continue on? And that with obvious success and blessing?
 .
Was not Darby’s “solution” a very personal one? One he then applied to the Church at large? Not as a possibility, but as a demand!…
 .
Darby struggled many years to come to a conclusion which finally brought him peace. But then he went and made this a requirement of all other believers! This became the standard he used to judge the “true” spirituality and devotedness of other Christians!
Weremchuk. op. cit.
 .
When we look at the way Darby worked out his Dispensational theories, it is little wonder that anyone but the ignorant and gullibly could believe such things. This is how one of Darby’s associates, B. W. Newton, explains the matter.
 .
When Darby came on the scene, in my first interview I asked him “Do you preach the Gospel to sinners as sinners and not merely as something for the elect?” And his answer satisfied me. For some while after I had met DeBurgh’s book on prophetic subjects, I lost sight of Darby: he was in Ireland. But when he came back I asked him about the Immediate Coming, and he would not decide either way. I argued with him that it couldn’t possibly be sinful to hope for the Lord’s return in the way that evidently Paul hoped for it — namely with intervening events — He wouldn’t decide.
 .
Two years passed, and he wrote from Ireland saying that he had a scheme of interpretation now which would explain everything and bring all into harmony. And he would tell what it was when he came. When we met I inquired, and it was this elimination of all that could be considered Jewish. I warmly remonstrated.
 .
At last Darby wrote from Cork saying he had discovered a method of reconciling the whole dispute, and would tell us when he came. When he did, it turned out to be the “Jewish interpretation.” The Gospel of Matthew was not teaching Church-Truth but Kingdom-Truth and so on. He explained it to me and I said “Darby, if you admit that distinction you virtually give up Christianity.” Well they kept on at that until they worked out the result as we know it. The “Secret Rapture” was bad enough but this was worse.
ibid.
 .
As we have seen, Dispensationalism can be traced back to J. N. Darby, but it did not necessary originate with him. Darby borrowed from others and even plagiarised their ideas to formulated his Dispensation theory.
 .
What is becoming more and more evident to me is that Darby had the tendency to present things as new (and sometimes as ‘his’) years after they had been presented by others. I have more examples of this from the field of prophecy, but apparently it is also the case in ecclesiastical matters.
 .
For example, it is quiet odd to read Darby saying
“I am afraid, that many a cherished feeling, dear to the children of God, has been shocked this evening; I mean, their hope that the gospel will spread itself over the whole earth during the actual dispensation.” “As the Jewish dispensation was cut off, the Christian dispensation will be also.”
 .
in 1840 when back in 1825/26 Irving and after that many others were preaching and writing about the Lord’s soon coming to judge the Church and restore Israel. The idea that began to become popular back then was that judgment was coming – and coming soon – for an unfaithful Church.
 .
Then there is the example I have referred to elsewhere, where Darby remarks on the application of the Seven Churches in Revelation Chaps. 2 and 3, to the history of the Church as an interesting new insight though it had been in circulation for years.
 .
Edward Synge might be an example. Darby worked with him at least as early as 1829. Edward Synge is described as having a: “new creed of biblical fundamentalism … equally distant from protestant and catholic. He expressed the opinion that being a member of any institutional church, whether protestant or catholic, was inconsequential in comparison to reading the bible”.
 .
It has been impossible to discover more accurately what Synge’s views were (though a Synge descendant who is also working in this direction has been kind enough to remain in contact with me over the subject for some years now and we hope to progress).
 .
The end result of Darby’s views on the Church and on prophecy may have carried his individual stamp, but they were definitely influenced and “supplied” by many others.
 ibid.
 .
During the early nineteenth century America experienced a social-economic boom. On the back of this prosperity came the “Roaring Twenties”, which brought with it such deprivation and immorality as America had not known. The American Church took a stand against what it considered to be a turning away from God unto ungodliness, and openly preached against it.  In fact there was a conscience reinforcement by the majority of conservative churches against this social looseness, and a denouncing of it from many pulpits and street preachers. This resulted in many churches withdrawing more narrowly from society and the formulation of a new kind of Christianity known as  Fundamentalism.

Due to the moral sate of American, many of its preachers thought that the world was coming to an end and that the Lord Jesus was about to return. This believe in itself was by no means unscriptural, but taught by the Apostles themselves. However, the dispensational teachings of John Nelson Darby was about to impact certain of these preachers with devastating effects upon the conservative churches of America.
 .
Darby travelled to America on a number of occasions and taught his theories in several gatherings. One such being the church of Dr. Brookes, a Presbyterian minister. C. I. Scofield was, at that time, a student of Brookes’ Bible class and later took Darby’s teachings and published them in his own version of the Bible. Of this Bible, Albertus Pieters said, it is “one of the most dangerous books on the market.” To lean more about C. I. Scofield, his character and Reference Bible. please go >> here.
 .
Darby taught that he had “Revived Precious Truth,” when in fact what he had done was revived the teaching of those who opposed truth.
 .
“Darby’s dispensational views would however probably have remained the exotic preserve of the dwindling and divided Brethren sects were it not for the energetic efforts of C.I. Scofield and his associates to introduce them to a wider audience in America and the English speaking British Empire and bestow a measure of respectability through his Scofield Reference Bible. The publication of the Scofield Reference Bible in 1909 by the Oxford University Press was something of a innovative literary coup for the movement, since for the first time, overtly dispensationalist notes were added to the pages of the biblical text. What distinguishes Darby’s scheme and subsequent dispensationalists from the earlier attempts to categorise redemptive history is the conviction that the dispensations are irreversible and progressive. While such a dispensational chronology of events was largely unknown prior to the teaching of Darby and Scofield, the Scofield Reference Bible became the leading bible used by American Evangelicals and Fundamentalists for the next sixty years.”
Sizer. op. cit.
 .
It was within the ranks of these Fundamentalist church groups where Dispensationalism flourished and soon became confused with conservative Christianity. It was also during this period of American history that quite a large number of independent, trans-denominational religious movements, such as Mormonism, Millerism (from which the Jehovah’s Witnesses emerged), and the Seventh-day Adventists, were conceived; each proclaiming to be the only form of true Christianity [see footnote]. It wasn’t long before the Dispensationalist Fundamentalist groups were claiming the same and begin to despise those who, unlike themselves, had not received this “new light.” As Philip Mauro explains.
 .
I even enjoyed a complacent sense of superiority because thereof, and regarded with feelings of pity and contempt those who had not received the “new light” and were unacquainted with this up-to-date method of “rightly dividing the word of truth.”
 Mauro. op. cit.
 .
As with every new religious movement, the claim to supremacy is endemic. As we have already seen this was no different with Dispensationalism; John Nelson Darby considered those who did not agree with his novel theories to be apostate, separating from them and refusing to have any fellowship with them. Ironically it was those who rejected Darby’s teachings who had a Scriptural basis to refuse fellowship, not Darby. But the rejection of those who actually adhere to the truth is a mark of most sects and cults. C. I Scofield was to play a major part in the further separation of these American Fundamentalist groups.

Not a great deal has been written about Cyrus Ingerson Scofield, and it is not surprising when any research is made into his history and character. He is very well known as the author of the Scofield Reference Bible, but little else is known about him. It may surprise some to learn that Cyrus Scofield was a fraud and that his conversation to Christ is someone dubious. This is not based on any kind of prejudice against the man, but upon evidence that has resulted in researching Scofield’s background. The following is how one newspaper described him (although his name was misspelt) on appointment of his ministerial post in Texas.
 .
CYRUS I. SCHOFIELD IN THE ROLE OF A CONGREGATIONAL MINISTER
.

“CYRUS I. SCHOFIELD, formerly of Kansas, late lawyer, politician and shyster generally has come to the surface again, and promises once more to gather around himself that halo of notoriety that has made him so prominent in the past. The last personal knowledge Kansans have had of this peer among scallywags was when about four years ago, after a series of forgeries and confidence games, he left the state and a destitute family and took refuge in Canada. For a time he kept undercover; nothing being heard of him until within the past two years when he turned up in St. Louis, where he had a wealthy widowed sister living who has generally come to the front and squared up Cyrus’s little follies and foibles by paying good round sums of money. Within the past year, however, Cyrus committed a series of St. Louis forgeries that could not be settled so easily, and the erratic young man was compelled to linger in the St. Louis jail for a period of six months.

 .
“Among the many malicious acts that characterized his career was one peculiarly atrocious that has come under our personal notice. Shortly after he left Kansas, leaving his wife and two children dependent upon the bounty of his wife’s mother, he wrote his wife that he could invest some $1,300 of her mother’s money, all she had, in a manner that would return big interest. After some correspondence. he forwarded them a mortgage, signed and executed by one Charles Best, purporting to convey valuable property in St. Louis. Upon this, the money was sent to him. Afterwards the mortgages were found to be base forgeries, no such person as Charles Best being in existence, and the property conveyed in the mortgage fictitious.
 .
“In the latter part of his confinement, Schofield, under the administration of certain influences, became converted, or professedly so. After this change of heart, his wealthy sister came forward and paid his way out by settling the forgeries, and the next we hear of him he is ordained as a minister of the Congregational Church, and under the chaperonage of Rev. Goodell, one of the most celebrated divines of St. Louis. He causes a decided sensation.
 .
“It was known that Schofield was separated from his wife, but he had said that the incompatibility of his wife’s temper and her religious zeal in the Catholic Church was such that he could not possibly live with her.
 .
“A representative of “The Patriot” met Mrs. Schofield today, and that little lady denies, as absurd, such stories. There were never any domestic clouds in their homes. They always lived harmoniously. As to her religion, she was no more zealous than any other church member. She attended service on the sabbath and tried to live as becomes a Christian woman and mother. It was the first time she had ever heard the objection raised by him. As to supporting herself and children, he had done nothing.
 .
‘Once in a great while, say every few months, he sends the children about $5, never more. I am employed with A. L. Gignac and Co. and work for their support and mine. As soon as Mr. Schofield settles something on the children to aid me in supporting them and giving them an education, I will gladly give him the liberty he desires. I care not who he marries, or when, but I do want him to aid me in giving our little daughters the support and education they should have.’ “
Atchison Patriot. August 27, 1881.
 .
Scofield’s conversion has been held in doubt by one of his biographers.
 .
The 1912 edition of Who’s Who in America places Scofield’s conversion sometime in 1879, and Trumbull indicates as much in his biography. However, the only definite dates in 1879 tend to raise doubts about what happened and when.
 .
When did the conversion occur? Scofield says he was converted at the age of thirty-six, and it has been assumed the event did take place sometime before D. L. Moody’s 1879-80 Evangelistic Campaign. This places the conversion sometime after his thirty-sixth birthday on August 19, 1879 and before the first meeting of Moody’s ministers in St. Louis on November 25, 1879. As late as November 6, though, Cyrus was still involved with a forgery charge, and that case’s records do not agree with the picture of a new convert trying to right matters of the past. Of course, God forgives the past and changes a man into a new creature if he is really born again (I Cor. 5:17), but one expects to see a change of behaviour. The details of Cyrus’s conversion are not supported by public records, so we do not know the whole truth about the conversion of a man who has profoundly influenced the church.
Weston. op. cit.
 .
Not only does any evidence of Scofileds’ Christian conversion seem to be lacking, but there is no evidence that he had any real founding in the Scriptures.
 .
Remarkably, with such limited theological background and training, as well as little real scholarship, Scofield was able to profoundly alter Christian theology. Indeed, the shape of fundamentalism, which has claimed to be Orthodox Christianity, has been determined by the influence of dubious characters like Scofield.

“What is indisputably, absolutely, and uncompromisingly essential to the Christian religion is its doctrine of salvation… If Dispensationalism has actually departed from the only way of salvation which the Christian religion teaches, then we must say it has departed from Christianity. No matter how many other important truths it proclaims, it cannot be called Christian if it empties Christianity of its essential message. We define a cult as a religion which claims to be Christian while emptying Christianity of that which is essential to it. If Dispensationalism does this, then Dispensationalism is a cult and not a branch of the Christian church. It is as serious as that. It is impossible to exaggerate the gravity of the situation.”
John H. Gerstner

** Born to a vicar and trained for the church, Coleridge’s early career was preoccupied with his plans for a Utopian commune, Pantisocracy, which he and Robert Southey planned to form in America. This plan was never realized, but Southey and Coleridge collaborated on several poems; most particularly, Coleridge contributed the apocalyptic vision of Joan in Book II of Southey’s Joan of Arc. This and other early writings combined a fervour for the reformation of government through revolution with religious philosophy, especially that of Hartley and Priestley. This mix earned him the attention of the Reverend Edward Irving whom he met in 1822. The companionship between the two began to fade as Irving grew increasingly more millenarian and authoritarian; Coleridge was left doubting his earlier philosophy as Irving misused Coleridge’s ideas on spirituality, particularly as Irving attempted a literal reading of the book of Revelation (Fulford, 21). After his encounter with Irving, Coleridge began to view the apocalypse of St. John as an historical writing rather than divinely inspired, a view largely influenced by his readings into the Cabbala and the works of German biblical scholar J.G. Eichhorn (Fulford, 27). His apocalyptic poems, especially Religious Musings, An Ode to the Departed Year, and France, perhaps reflecting this consideration of the revelation as historical rather than prophetic, appear hopeless, apocalyptic without the promise of a millennium (Paley 24).
 .
Many Millerites were affiliated with the 19th century Restorationism. Many leaders of Millerism had also been leaders in the New England Christian Connexion. The anti-organizational tendencies of Restorationism resulted in the hesitancy of Millerite groups to organize into a denomination, and when Christ did not return in 1844, contributed to the many sects. Most of the descendants of Adventism are generally regarded as Evangelical in nature.
 .
Similarly, dispensational Premillennialism is a trans-denominational movement, that is sometimes mistakenly connected directly with the Millerites. Dispensationalism arose during the final third of the 19th century, and unlike the Millerites interprets prophecy in a primarily futurist fashion. This movement developed independently, borrowing heavily but indirectly from earlier Millerites, with radical re-interpretation, so that dispensationalists rarely if ever display unitarian tendencies. Sabbatarianism is excluded, along with British Israelism, and in general end times Dispensationalism is considered protestant and mainstream evangelical, being a very common belief among Christian fundamentalists. Some dispensationalist groups, upon venturing to calculate the date of Christ’s return or interpreting the signs of the times, take on many of the apocalyptic characteristics of Millerite pioneers, but strictly speaking none of them are part of the Millerite Adventist movement.
 .
The followers of the self-proclaimed prophetess, Englishwoman Joanna Southcott, are frequently listed in the Millerite tradition, for lack of a similar place to put them, chiefly because of interesting parallels in the careers of Ms. Southcott and the Adventist Ellen G. White. Ms. Southcott is believed by her followers to be, in fact, the woman clothed with the sun, in the Book of Revelation. She prophesied that she herself was pregnant with the true Messiah, who was to be born on October 19, 1814 — these particular beliefs have no representation among Millerites. Ms Southcott died of dropsy in December of that year, but her followers continued to believe in the truth of her published prophecies and in the soon coming of Shiloh (a prophetic name for the Messiah). Her visions beginning in 1792 have strong affinity with Adventism, but are stylistically very unlike the writings of Mrs. White. The post-Disappointment Adventist Movement is frequently compared to the followers of Ms. Southcott, and there are some superficial resemblances of language and theme. The leaders of some branches of Southcottites are believed to have been post-Disappointment Millerites. Swedenborgianism and The United Order of Believers (Shakers), two other earlier millennial movements begun by ecstatic visionaries, have comparable similarities to the Millerites, and like the Mormons these groups had some influence on the religious climate of northwest New York state and territories to the west — but direct borrowing is not acknowledged, and after all, they are distinct movements. It is notable that a number of post-Disappointment Millerites joined the Shaker communities.
 .
Charles Taze Russell’s Bible Student movement (from which the Jehovah’s Witnesses emerged in 1931 following a schism in 1917) had connections at the very beginning with the Millerite movement. Bahá’ís also credit Miller’s analysis of the time Christ’s return.

In end-time prophecies America is not specifically named nor Russia

Mark Blitz was the first to predict the Blood Moon prophecy in 2008, followed by John Hagee in 2014. These Christian ministers claim that a set of four lunar eclipses in 2014 and 2015 represent a sign of the “End of Days.” They had lied..
.
Yet another coming soon  ‘prophecy’ about the end of the world comes and goes – but we know, like the proverbial bus, that not just another false one will be along soon, but many more. One of the main  reasons for this predictable yet disappointing event  is that most people do not read personally  even  the Book of Revelation but rely on what others falsely  say about it – The Devil and his followers are   the source of all of these failed forecasts.

“Now the Spirit speaks expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils.”1 Timothy 4:1

Yes in regard to  Judaism,  Dispensationalism, an their  false prophecies , plus  the Holy Spirit Bashers are from the  same source the devil and mere men.

Titus 1: 14 Not giving heed to Jewish fables, and commandments of men, that turn from the truth..

Chris McCann, the leader and founder of the eBible fellowship, an online assembly of Christians based in Philadelphia, predicted the destruction of the earth on Oct. 7 2015. On Oct. 8, he posted a blog stating that he may have been “incorrect.”

Pat Robertson,  executive chairman, and a former Southern Baptist minister, made a prediction in 1976 that the world would come to an end in October or November 1982.

Harold Camping predicted that the world would end on May 21 2011, but it failed to come about. He revised his prediction of the “Spiritual Judgement” and said that the end of the world would occur on Oct. 21, 2011.

Christian authors Tim LaHaye and Jerry B. Jenkins stated that the Y2K bug would trigger global economic chaos, which the Antichrist would use to rise to power. However, as Jan. 1, 2000 loomed, they changed their minds.

Ronald Weinland, the founder of “The Church of God, Preparing for the Kingdom of God” (based in Cincinnati, Ohio, USA) stated that Jesus Christ would return on May 27, 2012 and the world would end on this day.

Many people think that the end times  biblical prophecies about the antichrist, 666, the end of the world , Israel, Zionism,  the Battle of Armageddon are still  for  the weirdoes, religious fanatics ,  oddballs, extremists, those persons who afraid to face life today, ahead of  them and falsely now do look for an escape from it. The Basic problem here also is not the Bible detailed Prophecies themselves but rather how many people misinterpret them, add their views, and it seems few of them even agree with each others still. In reality even these days many Christians SADLY themselves have never studied what the Bible actually says and because of this they often wrongfully leave it to others to read the Bible for them too they thus are too easily deceived by the imposters, cults, sects, wolves in sheep clothing, false teachers, false prophets, false elders too.

.
About the future Prophecies about Israel to the Jews, Dispensationalists there are the upbeat prophecies   but in Reality most, or almost all are dismal. That is the Biblical Jewish history, an ongoing testimony to just how bad it was and  can become for the Jewish people, in the Diaspora and in Israel,  “There is now the reality on the ground, becoming increasingly frightening by the day.
.

America is not specifically named, although dozens of biblical passages refer to God’s final dealings with “all the nations.” In Haggai 2:7, for example, the Lord foretold through the Hebrew prophet that He would “shake all nations” in the last days. And all people too..
.
There is a renewed interest in end-time prophecies, mostly sponsored by people who hate the Church, Christians, even sponsored by people like the Jews and the false Judiazers now too, with the emphasis that America is now in permanent decline— saying that the days of what has been called the American age are numbered, and if we don’t change course, they are coming to an end,” says Rabbi Jonathan Cahn, the author of The Harbinger and senior rabbi at the nation’s largest messianic congregation, the Beth Israel Worship Center in Wayne, N.J. New York Times best-selling author Joel C. Rosenberg tells audiences that America isn’t mentioned in Bible prophecy Rosenberg outlines several potential scenarios he believes could explain why the United States isn’t mentioned in Bible prophecy: The nation—facing $16 trillion in federal debt and $120 trillion in total unfunded obligations—could implode economically, he hypothesizes. Perhaps the U.S. is hit by a surprise nuclear or military attack, blind-sided by a series of terrorist attacks or devastated by an unprecedented spate of natural disasters.
.
Some say the same nine harbingers of divine judgment that preceded the destruction of Israel 2,700 years ago are now manifesting in America. America never had a False religion the Jews had replaced with firstly. Funny how most Jews cannot see that they are already in Hell even,, and next will continue to hell..
.
Some absurdly say that America could suddenly lose tens of millions of people in the false rapture, triggering any number of cataclysmic events but there will even be no rapture, as this is more Plymouth Brethren lies.. but this is a reality still that you should note God who is Jesus Christ destroyed the Jewish Temple 3 times already and he killed millions of Jews in the process and he will do it again with the new rebuilt temple in Jerusalem. I guess they too just never learn to obey God, but still do their own thing..

Our Christian Identity IS SOLELY BASED ON JESUS CHRIST AND HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE JEWS OR OR PAST ISRAEL

BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS, who is it? Israel.

.

So, where is the United States in Bible prophecy? The answer is that The US not mentioned directly and specifically. The US is covered by general prophecies that relate to all nations, but beyond that, our end time destiny must be a matter of speculation.

.

The United States of America is never explicitly mentioned in the Bible. In regard to the end times, the only nation the Bible seems to be concerned with, specifically, is Israel. Revelation does not mention any countries or nations, other than Israel (Revelation 7:4; 21:12). It mentions Babylon (Revelation 14:8; 16:19; 17:5; 18:2,10,21),

.

The fact still is that neither America nor the United States are mentioned by name in any Bible prophecy.

.

When searching for America in bible prophecy, it’s important to understand that the Bible is a mostly   History book about the bad Jews, where the Jews coninually reblled aagainst God. Prophecies are often given in relation to Jerusalem, Israel.

.

The primary source for the history of ancient Jerusalem and Israel is, of course, the Bible. The Old and New Testament is a chronicle of Israel’s repeated failure to obey God, of their refusal to keep His commandments and statutes and for sure not something for Jews to boast about.

Keep your eyes on Jesus not the Jewish Antichrist Yeshua

2 Corinthians 11;4 For if he that cometh preacheth another Jesus, whom we have not preached, or if ye receive another spirit, which ye have not received, or another gospel, which ye have not accepted, ye might well bear with him.

Israel will be judged some day by God.. “Therefore shall her plagues come in one day, death, and mourning, and famine; and she shall be utterly burned with fire: for strong is the Lord God who judgeth her” (Rev. 18:8).

Russia Is Not Rosh Gog Magog Meschech Or Tubal

To say otherwise is certainly a creative interpretation of scripture and quite a stretch, especially in light of the fact that no consensus exists in Christianity.

The error of the Russian theory arose from the Scofield Study Bible, which identifies Meshech and Tubal with the modern Russian cities of Moscow and Tobolsk. The only basis for this interpretation is the somewhat similar sound of the two words. Thus: Meshech sounds like Moscow, and Tubal sounds like Tobolsk. However, one cannot simply take a word from an ancient Semitic language (in this case, Hebrew) and find a correlation to a modern name from a drastically different language (in this case an early form of Scandinavian) simply because the two words “sound the same.” While this may be convincing to some for the sole reason of phonetics, it is very irresponsible hermeneutics.

“A closer study of these names reveals that Meshech and Tubal are the ancient Moschi/Mushki and Tubalu-Tibareni peoples who dwelled in the area around, primarily south of, the Black and Caspian Seas in Ezekiel’s day. These nations today are in the modern country of Turkey, possibly parts of southern Russia and northen Iran. “Magog today probably represents the former underbelly of the Soviet Union: Kazakhstan, Kirghizia, Uzebekistan, Turkmenistan, and Tajikistan. All these are Muslim. Meshech was located near what was known as Phrygia, in central and western Asia Minor (Turkey), while Tubal was located in Eastern Asia Minor (Turkey). So with Meshech and Tubal, we are dealing with portions of modern Turkey. Today this region is all Muslim.

Alos Gomer is in Turkey not Russia or Germany. This is the land of ancient Kimmeria. Gomer, it “refers to the Celtic Cimmerians of Crim-Tartary.” Gomer is well known to the ancient world as Gimarrai of north central Asia Minor (Cappadocia). These people are also known as the Cimmerians. This seems to be the simplest, most obvious interpretation. So Gomer is Gimarra or Cimmeria in Cappadocia. Cappadocia is simply central Turkey, again, another Islamic region.

When Russia stood with Nazi Germany, many concluded that Hitler was the European Antichrist. They were wrong. As soon as Stalin was betrayed by Hitler, Russia fought against Germany. If so many prophecy analysts were wrong then, and they are also wrong again. Prior to the Jewish Bolshevik Revolution in Russia , Christian scholars and historians used to identify the nations of the Magog, Meshech, Tubal and Gomer with the regions of the Caucasus and Turkey.

The Schaff-Herzog Encyclopedia of Religious Knowledge, citing ancient Assyrian writings, places the location of Magog in the landmass between ancient Armenia and Media – in short, the Republics south of Russia and noth of Israel, comprised of Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan, Turkestan, Chechnya, Turkey, etc. I agree with all these quotes and I add; these are all Muslim nations.

Magog is specifically referred to as the region of “the land of Magog, chief prince (head or leader of) of Mesech and Tubal” (Ezekiel 38:2). Because Meshech and Tubal are regions of Turkey – Magog must thus be related to Turkey. Otherwise the passage would make little sense. How could Russia be the head over regions of Turkey? It makes better sense to conclude that Gog is a leader from the land of Magog and the leader of Meshech and Tubal, all of which are in Turkey.

Israel in the Middle East is not the real regathering of all Israel spoken of in prophecy. The real regathering will not happen until during the tribulation after Mystery Babylon the Great is destroyed. The nation Israel is in fact a counterfeit, it is really Mystery Babylon the Great.

“I beheld Satan as lightning fall from heaven.” (Luke 10:18)

Satan is a counterfeiter. His method of deception is providing counterfeits for all of the major End Times prophecies. For example, Satan wants to deceive the world into worshiping his antichrist. Satan knows that Christians are aware that the Bible warns of an End Times antichrist. Christians are going to be watchful of such. How will Satan convince these Christians that his antichrist is the legitimate messiah? How will he deceive these Bible savvy Christians? Satan will create a counterfeit antichrist. He will then use all of his controlled televangelists and the rest of the Satanically controlled Christian establishment to promote the notion that his counterfeit is, indeed, the real antichrist. Satan will then script out a scenario where his real antichrist (posing at the Messiah) will defeat this fake antichrist. He will then use his puppets to persuade the Christian masses to worship the real antichrist, under the guise that the antichrist was already defeated. Pretty clever huh? He wants people to think, “The antichrist was already defeated, here comes the Messiah to save the day.” In this way, he will trick Christians into worshiping the false Messiah. He plans to make it look like Revelation happens before it actually happens.

Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat:14Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it. (Matthew 7:13-14)

Now Russia is a country that is 86% Christian according to the CIA World Fact Book. Much of the “Russia is Magog” misinformation was propagated in the US during the Cold War. Russian xenophobia that has been further driven by bad American preachers and televangelists.

Satan lies when he says that the “Gog and Magog” is Russia but Magog, Meschech, and Tubal are references to Russia; are all Turkish nations.

“Therefore, son of man, prophesy and say unto Gog, Thus saith the Lord GOD; In that day when my people of Israel dwelleth safely, shalt thou not know it? And thou shalt come from thy place out of the north parts, thou, and many people with thee, all of them riding upon horses, a great company, and a mighty army (Ezekiel 38:15-16)

In the Old Testament, the king of the north has reference to the areas of Syria, Turkey, and Iraq. The word north is used of Syria or the Old Seleucid Empire six times, of Babylon sixteen times, of Assyria one time, and of Iran one time. These are the lands once occupied by Magog, Gomer, Togarmah, Meshech and Tubal.

.
In landmark case on Israel and Jewish identity, 25 March 2013 British tribunal says anti-Zionism is not anti-Semitism, The case involved a suit brought against an academic union by an Israel-supporting professor who wanted the tribunal to condemn anti-Israel speech as anti-Semitism because, he claimed, an affinity to Israel was an intrinsic part of his and others’ Jewish identity. The case was to have been the culmination of 11 years of pro-Israel activism by [Ronnie] Fraser, a mathematics lecturer who had been fighting against what he saw as a virulently anti-Israel tide, with a distinct tinge of anti-Semitism, rising in the union to which he belongs.
.
Alongside him was Anthony Julius, one of the most prominent Jewish lawyers in Britain and a tireless opponent of anti-Semitism. Supporting the two were a cast of witnesses including Jewish and sympathetic non-Jewish activists, academics and politicians….Was the Israeli government involved too? A senior official at Israel’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs recently revealed that, “over the last six months Israel has taken on two (court) cases in partnership with UK Jewry” in fighting Boycott Divestment Sanctions (BDS). This very likely includes Fraser’s case,
.
The lawsuit was backed both financially and in terms of considerable research resources by organizations linked to the central British Jewry leadership forums, the Board of Deputies of British Jews and the Jewish Leadership Council.
.
The defendants also had their own Jewish supporters. Fifty Jewish UCU [University and College Union] members signed an open letter praising their union and denying that there was any sort of institutional anti-Semitism within its ranks.
.
An Employment Tribunal has found in favour of UCU on all ten complaints of harassment brought by a UCU member who opposed the union’s policy on Palestine.
.
The claimant had been supported in his claim by leading lawyer Anthony Julius. In giving their reasoning the Tribunal stated that ‘the proceedings are dismissed in their totality’ and ‘we greatly regret that the case was ever brought. At heart it represents an impermissible attempt to achieve a political end by litigious means.’
.
The Tribunal also described themselves as troubled by the implications of the claim, stating that ‘underlying it we sense a worrying disregard for pluralism, tolerance and freedom of expression, principles which the courts and tribunals are, and must be, vigilant to protect’.
.
While witnesses for UCU were described in the tribunal’s decision as ‘careful and accurate’, some witnesses for the claimant were described as appearing to ‘misunderstand the nature of the proceedings and more disposed to score points or play to the gallery rather than providing straightforward answers to the clear questions put to them’.
.
John Mann MP and former MP Denis MacShane were collectively described as giving ‘glib evidence, while testimony of another key witness for the claimant was described as ‘extraordinarily arrogant but also disturbing’.
.
UCU general secretary Sally Hunt said: ‘I am delighted that the Tribunal has made such a clear and overwhelming judgement in UCU’s favour. There are many different views within UCU and wider society about Israel and Palestine and this decision upholds our and others’ right to freedom of expression and to continue to properly debate these and other difficult questions.
.
‘This has been an extremely difficult period for the UCU staff and members involved in defending the union’s position and I am especially pleased therefore that the Tribunal found our witnesses to be careful and accurate.
.
‘The claimant, while unsuccessful, of course had the right to challenge the union in the courts and will be treated with respect within the union as will his views on this question. Now that a decision has been made I hope in turn that he, and others who share his views, will play an active part in the union and its debates rather than seek recourse to the law.
.
‘For our part, UCU will look at our own processes to see if improvements can be made in line with the advice given to us within the decision. We remain opposed to discrimination of any kind including anti-Semitism and we will work with energy and determination with all who will work with us to oppose it in the workplace and society at large.’
.
The tribunal wrote in its judgment that “a belief in the Zionist project or an attachment to Israel or any similar sentiment cannot amount to a protected characteristic. It is not intrinsically a part of Jewishness.” The Tribunal threw all ten complaints out, most of them because Fraser was found not being harassed (he was merely disappointed — as can happen in politics, or he was not even related to (!) or present at (!) the act of supposed harassment). The complaints were judged to be political discussion in a open society. Not a single fact of anti-Semitism was established. The court (Tribunal) explicitly says that those “Jewish” ties to Israel are not part of Jewish religion or race, so they are not protected by harassment law or discrimination law. They are part of political (free) speech.

Others have said ” The State of Israel and its illegal activities outside of its Internationally recognized sovereign extent are surely the most divisive issues to have ever been driven between the Jewish people. That the state of the Jewish people and the Zionist movement tries at every step to circumvent and then ignores the Laws, UN Charter and relative conventions which were adopted in large part because of the treatment of Jews under the Nazi regime, should have been setting off VERY LOUD alarm bells long ago That it hasn’t is sadly reminiscent of the influence the Nazis had over the people of Germany”. ” This kind of exposure , with all of the effort Zionism has put into this case for so little reward, raises serious questions about the default Zionist business model. It’s not enough to silence people, destroy their careers or scream antisemitism . There is just too much bad news coming out of Israel for the old crap to work any longer”. ” The insanity of smearing good people with anti Semitism has ruined the Jewish peoples claims to unfairness, and no longer means all that much. It used to. Not any more. ” ” Do these very foolish people realize, or perhaps they do and do not care, what something so very stupid and silly such as this would mean in the future? You could presumably have black folks claiming it’s racist to speak about the state of countries in Africa, people of Irish ancestry, claiming the same about criticism of Ireland, and on and on. “
.
and do note this true contradiction between Zionism and Judaism. ” The Talmud says that ever since the beginning of exile, Jews are forbidden to conquer the Holy Land, or to fight wars against the non-Jewish nations. They are also forbidden to take physical action toward their redemption. Thus, according to Jewish law a Jewish state is forbidden to exist. It must be dismantled and the land must be ruled by a non-Jewish government. “
.
“Zionists are unmasked as they hide behind the facade of Judaism & true torah Jews. Zionism has no place in a free civil society & in the world of humanity. The time for open debate is now or never! “”An essential motive of Zionism from its beginning was a fierce desire to end the centuries of Jewish weakness, to show the world that Jews would no longer be pushed around, that they’d fight back and prove themselves tougher than their enemies. There was more to Zionism than that. But the “pride through strength” piece came to dominate the whole project. Hence the massive Israeli military machine with its nuclear arsenal. But you can’t prove that you’re stronger than your enemies unless you’ve also got enemies — or at least believe you’ve got enemies — to fight against. So there has to be a myth of Israel’s insecurity, fueled by an image of vicious anti-semites lurking somewhere out there, for Zionism to work” Israel creates it’s own enemies of it’s own choosing s still..

A Sharp drop in immigration to Israel from America and U.K., as the French immigration beats out American immigration for first time in years, keeps overall new arrivals to Israel steady; U.S. immigrants dropped by 13 percent and from the U.K. by 27 percent. The sharp jump in immigration from France has been attributed to several factors, among them a bad economy. With almost 500,000 members, France has… the largest Jewish population in Europe. The number of new immigrants to Israel from around the world totaled 19,200 in 2013 – up by just more than 1 percent compared with the previous year. As in previous years, the largest group of immigrants this year came from the former Soviet Union, their number totaling 7,520 – a 1 percent drop from the previous year. Immigration to Israel from Latin America grew by more than a third this year to total 924, the majority of these new arrivals coming from Argentina, Peru and Brazil. Immigration from Middle Eastern countries, most of them unidentified, rose by 4 percent to 245. By contrast, immigration from Eastern Europe dropped 8 percent to 270. That is why they need to steal more land. This year’s immigrants were on the whole young and tended to be female. 60 percent of the new immigrants were under 35, with 37 percent between ages 18 and 34, and almost 53 percent were female. . The city that attracted the biggest number of immigrants was Jerusalem, where 2,400 set up base, followed by Tel Aviv, which drew 1,650.

The British-Israel theory is a dead, God-dishonouring, anti-Scriptural fraudulent and deceptive lie from the pit of hell. It is every one of these things and more.”
“Of course Mormonism and British-Israelism are blood brothers.” The fantasy of an Anglican Israel in a tribal descendancy from the lost tribes of Israel existing today in the English speaking peoples of Europe and America is still nothing but a delusion.,
.
Now what is British-Israelism or Anglo-Israelism? It is the doctrine that the Jews are not Israel. That is all a mistake, we are told. Jews are one thing and Israel quite another. It is a doctrine that originated in England, largely surrounding the British people. The doctrine asserts that the Anglo-Saxon peoples are the ten tribes the true Israel. And it is Israel, not the Jews, who will be restored in the millennium. This restored Israel, the Anglo Saxon people, with Jesus Christ seated on the reestablished earthly throne of David as king, will rule the whole world. Anglo-Israelism teaches that the literal throne of David exists today in the throne of the English kings, and when Jesus Christ returns he will simply occupy the throne which the British kings now hold, and have been holding for centuries, for him until he comes, until the millennium commences. That millennium will surround the Anglo-Saxon peoples, not the Jews at all. The Anglo-Saxon peoples of the earth will be gathered together in the millennium, and with Jesus Christ on the throne now held by England’s House of Hanover, they will rule the world. That is not half of it – it is still all utterly false.

It is very interesting to observe how the Anglo-Israelist connects the two. For instance, one of their chief texts for a “scriptural intimation” and “strong historical proof” is Gen. 48:1820: “And Joseph said unto his father, not so, my father: for this is the firstborn; put thy right hand upon his head. And his father refused, and said, I know it, my son, I know it: he also shall become a people, and he also shall be great: but truly his younger brother shall be greater than he, and his seed shall become a multitude of nations. And he blessed them that day, saying, In thee shall Israel bless, saying, God make thee as Ephraim and as Manasseh: and he set Ephraim before Manasseh.”

.

And here is the “intimation”—Ephraim should be called “great” and Great Britain is called Great, therefore Great Britain is Ephraim! On the other hand Manasseh must have a place in the picture, so the United States is Manasseh. That is the very hub of their British-Anglo-Saxon-Israel claim—that Great Britain is Ephraim and the United States is Manasseh. But the whole argument is based upon misquotation. The passage does not say that “Ephraim shall be called great”—it says that “his younger brother shall be greater than he”—that is, Ephraim should be “greater” than Manasseh,” which could only mean, according to this theory that England is greater than the United States! Does lend-lease furnish “strong historical proof” on this point? How do Americans like that slant? Really, what might have happened to great Ephraim if little Manasseh had not come to the rescue? He would have been sunk! The theory furnishes very good British propaganda but, without reflecting on the imperial greatness of Britain or the national pride of America, if the glory of either is the hope of Israel it is a mighty poor affair.

.

Let it here be definitely stated that neither the British government nor the British people, not even the Church of England, make any claim that Great Britain is Israel. No more so than the United States government lends endorsement or encouragement to the Mormon claim that the original Americans are the ten tribes of Israel. Like Mormonism, therefore, Anglo-Israelism is just another “ism” that needs to be exposed. It is a false theory of late origin, the fallacies of which are manifest when compared with the facts of history and scripture. It is similar in origin to all other late isms and rests on much the same claims.

.

About a hundred years ago imposter Joseph Smith made the false claim of having special divine revelations, published a bogus book and Mormonism was born. A few years later Ellen White fell victim to some delusions which she called visions. Her followers thought her revelations were divine, named her their inspired prophetess, published her visions, and Seventh Day Adventism was born. Near the same time ecstatic Mary Baker Eddy found it profitable to dream dreams and to see visions, so she brought forth her system of so called science in the form of a creed called “Science and Health with a Key to the Scriptures,” and “Christian Science,” falsely so called, was born. An obscure person named Richard Brothers who lived in England between 1757 to 1824 is credited with the origination of this farfetched fantasy. He was true to the form of religious fanatics and his movement was strikingly parallel with Joseph Smith and the Mormons. The religious lunacy of these men was about identical in degree, the difference being in the circumstances of Richard Brothers’ commitment to an asylum and Joseph Smith to a jail. In this same era of “visions” and “revelations,” Richard Brothers, in England, just another misguided soul, made himself believe that he was the subject of special revelations, too; and he conjured up the notion that the Anglo-Saxon peoples, not the hated Jews, are the real Israelites and Anglo-Israelism is here. Being a Britisher himself, and fond of the Anglo Saxon idea anyway, it was not hard for Brothers to believe that they are Israel in other words, we are it. Thus Anglo-Israelism was born. That is precisely the way it came into existence, and like Mormonism, Adventism, Eddyism and all other humanisms, it has nothing in history, scripture, or common ordinary sense upon which to stand.

.

“I will seek that which was LOST and bring again that which was driven away. “Ezekiel 34:16 “I was not sent but unto the LOST sheep of the House of Israel.” Matthew 15:24 Sending forth the Disciples, He says: “But go rather to the LOST sheep of the House of Israel.” Matthew 10:6

.

There is no such thing even as the Ten Lost Tribes. There cannot ever be Ten Lost Tribes lost as they were never lost to God. As they were all represented in Jerusalem at the day of Pentecost. And when these people use false methods of Bible interpretations to justify their lies they must thus do deny most of the Holy Scriptures

.

Also Oliver Cromwell is the fellow who let the Jews back into England three hundred years after they had been kicked them out for dishonest business and child murdering of Guy.

Anyway, another crap supported by Cromwell was called next British Israelism which falsely believes the Anglo-Saxon Aryans were considered to be the lost tribes of Israel. These rather puritan nuts bought it and it gave Cromwell the leeway to let the Jews back into England (the same Jews who funded his war against the English King and loyalists in return for being able to be let back into England to Jew away). This movement was a hybrid Jewish sect of race-mixed Jews and gentiles who suck in the odd pure gentile who has been conditioned into Jewish fundamental Christianity at a young age. Hence their strange beliefs and Jewish behaviour.

Unlike so many, we do not peddle the word of God for profit. – 2 Corinthians 2:17a
 .
Jude 1:11 Woe unto them! for they have gone in the way of Cain, and ran greedily after the error of Balaam for reward, and perished in the gainsaying of Core. 12 These are spots in your feasts of charity, when they feast with you, feeding themselves without fear: clouds they are without water, carried about of winds; trees whose fruit withereth, without fruit, twice dead, plucked up by the roots; 13 Raging waves of the sea, foaming out their own shame; wandering stars, to whom is reserved the blackness of darkness for ever.
.
Jesus kicked out the money changes out of the temple for these wolfs in sheep’s clothing have been a blight on Christianity throughout its history. The strategy of these losers, the false Hirelings, false Prophets, is still their false pursuit of power, fame, money.
 .
There is the false Dispensationalist  embarrassment about the supernatural, miracles as they pay lip service to the reality of miracles but seem reluctant actually to believe in contemporary miracles, even denying them when they occur. American evangelicalism has largely accommodated to prevalent culture. Whichever way the winds of culture blow evangelicals are quietly swept along. American evangelicals, had over emphasized their false eschatology on the Rapture,  during the 1960s and into the 1970s, decades that corresponded with threats to Israel and fear of nuclear wars, with so many false prophecies most people no longer are interested in it. The Late, Great Planet Earth and “Like a Thief in the Night” and “I Wish We’d All Been Ready.”  and the fear it inspired) so saturated evangelical consciousness that, when the parousia (return of Christ) didn’t happen, many turned away from it. I too am  not the least interested in   “date setting” of the year of the Lord’s return. I will not put a bumper sticker on my car saying “In case of rapture this car will be driverless.” Nor will I review any writings,  books   that engage in “left behind” theology—a kind of fundamentalist Dispensationalist  paranoia about the “Great Tribulation.”  fundamentalists who focus too much attention on the “rapture,” the “Great Tribulation,” and the “Antichrist”   give biblical studies, all Christians a bad name.
.

I find it ironic that many like to talk about future prophecies, about “The great and terrible Day of the LORD” and they too often would like mainly to quote old Testament verses on this too.. and yet for some reasons few of these negative preachers like to talk about the Book of Joel. Now why is that.. cause it mentions Pentecost, the Holy Spirit’s outpouring. Joel wrote how the Spirit of God would touch His people, men and women, and they would speak; and all men of the entire world would hear and understand the words of the Holy Spirit of God, and that they would hear it and understand what was said too. This is what Peter said in Acts 2, which had happened on Pentecost Day; and is what Joel wrote that which would happen in the latter days.

.

Remember in Joel 1:2-3 how Joel tells the men of Judah to pass this story on from generation to generation, to the time of the end? It is important that you remember because it also pertains to all of us in the “end times”.

.

Joel 1: 1 The word of the LORD that came to Joel the son of Pethuel.2 Hear this, ye old men, and give ear, all ye inhabitants of the land. Hath this been in your days, or even in the days of your fathers?3 Tell ye your children of it, and let your children tell their children, and their children another generation.4 That which the palmerworm hath left hath the locust eaten; and that which the locust hath left hath the cankerworm eaten; and that which the cankerworm hath left hath the caterpiller eaten.5 Awake, ye drunkards, and weep; and howl, all ye drinkers of wine, because of the new wine; for it is cut off from your mouth.6 For a nation is come up upon my land, strong, and without number, whose teeth are the teeth of a lion, and he hath the cheek teeth of a great lion.7 He hath laid my vine waste, and barked my fig tree: he hath made it clean bare, and cast it away; the branches thereof are made white.  8 Lament like a virgin girded with sackcloth for the husband of her youth.9 The meat offering and the drink offering is cut off from the house of the LORD; the priests, the LORD’S ministers, mourn.10 The field is wasted, the land mourneth; for the corn is wasted: the new wine is dried up, the oil languisheth.11 Be ye ashamed, O ye husbandmen; howl, O ye vinedressers, for the wheat and for the barley; because the harvest of the field is perished.12 The vine is dried up, and the fig tree languisheth; the pomegranate tree, the palm tree also, and the apple tree, even all the trees of the field, are withered: because joy is withered away from the sons of men.13 Gird yourselves, and lament, ye priests: howl, ye ministers of the altar: come, lie all night in sackcloth, ye ministers of my God: for the meat offering and the drink offering is withholden from the house of your God.  14 Sanctify ye a fast, call a solemn assembly, gather the elders and all the inhabitants of the land into the house of the LORD your God, and cry unto the LORD,15 Alas for the day! for the day of the LORD is at hand, and as a destruction from the Almighty shall it come.16 Is not the meat cut off before our eyes, yea, joy and gladness from the house of our God?17 The seed is rotten under their clods, the garners are laid desolate, the barns are broken down; for the corn is withered.18 How do the beasts groan! the herds of cattle are perplexed, because they have no pasture; yea, the flocks of sheep are made desolate.19 O LORD, to thee will I cry: for the fire hath devoured the pastures of the wilderness, and the flame hath burned all the trees of the field.20 The beasts of the field cry also unto thee: for the rivers of waters are dried up, and the fire hath devoured the pastures of the wilderness.

.

Joel literally means, “Jehovah is GOD” and he lived in Judah and prophesied in Jerusalem.(The “Illustrated Bible Dictionary adds, “A citizen of Jerusalem, he spoke often of the priests and their duties [1:9,13-14,16]. For this reason, many scholars believe he may have been a temple prophet. He also had an ear for nature [1:4-7], and included imagery from agriculture and the natural world in his messages. From evidence in the book itself, we can assume that he knew a great deal about Jerusalem, Judah’s capital city, and the rituals associated with Temple worship [2:15]. But he probably was not a priest, since he called upon the priests to go into mourning because of the sins of the nation [1:13].

.

Joel prophesied in a time of great turmoil for all the land of Judah. An enormous plague of locusts had stripped the fields of vegetation, destroyed the sheep and cattle pastures, and even the foliage of the trees. In only a few hours, what was once a beautiful and green land became a place of desolation and destruction. Contemporary descriptions of the destructive power of swarms of locusts confirm the picture drawn by Joel. The plague of locusts that Joel describes was the greatest that had been seen until then. All the harvests were lost, including the seeds for the next harvest. Famine and drought scourged the land. People and animals died. In Joel’s eyes, such great devastation had only one explanation: it brought GOD’s judgment.

It still seems that anything anti Jewish is falsely distorted as being anti-Semitism again. And so is the New Testament, Christians, the apostles, and Jesus Christ now as well.. This is a Jewish lie, hoax.. Well Free speech, Human Rights, freedom of religion and freedom of religious beliefs is still my right for all even for non Jewish persons too.

THE MESSIANIC JEWISH MESSIAH DIFFERS FROM THE CHRISTIAN JESUS CHRIST Messianic Jews claim that the Jewish messiah is Jeshua not Jesus Christ.. Messianic parrots tend top repeat what theory false teachers taught them as they are clearly still mostly new testament ignorant..
http://lifebyjesus.wordpress.com/2013/10/17/christianity-is-not-about-the-support-for-israel-the-jews/
 .
Jesus was responsible for the cessation of the Jewish religious practices. Jesus was the first “Christian,” who had come to announce the end of the Torah and Judaism, of Israel as well.  Jesus simply came to fulfill Messianic prophecies contained in the Jewish scriptures, and not to Continue his once Jewishness. Personal Salvation, for all by Jesus Christ  is  achieved without observing the precepts of the Torah that had exclusively applied  only to the Jewish people and which laws they were never able to keep in full  as well. So why would they the Jews want to put Christians under the   false bondages?
.
Amongst another one of those big false, Messianic Jews  lies  is“ If in the past many supposed that any substantial attachment by Christians to the observance of Jewish customs essentially vanished after the first generation of Jewish followers of Jesus passed away, it is now conceivable that many Christians remained open and even committed to observing the Torah after 70 CE—the year when the Temple of Jerusalem was destroyed by the Romans.”
.
In reality  many of the early  History of  Christian works, those the church fathers wrote or preached from the pulpit  have been preserved and they were  mostly  opposed to Judaism and the observance of Jewish custom. . As late as the fourth century of the Common Era, John Chrysostom, was vociferously   convincing  his Christian parishioners in Antioch not to attend services at synagogues and not to observe Jewish festivals .
.
For as far as Judaism, Israel, this is what is said in the New Testament.
.

Lies and distortions, taking isolated Bible verses out of context, are major part of the Jewish interpretation of Christianity,  and of Jesus ,  Apostle Paul, and all Christian teachings.. even by the Messianic Jews and most Jews, Muslims even, they do not worship the same God as the Christians do cause they had rejected Jesus Christ as their God.
.

Christians and the current non-Christian Jews also do worship different gods , The Jews do not, did not truly honor Christ as the promised Messiah , but are looking for another that will come in his own name . The Talmud itself speaks of absolute mockery and hatred for Christ and Christians.

.

YOU ARE NOW A JEW OR A CHRISTIAN AND BUT NOT BOTH FOR BEING JEWISH MEANS FOLLOWING THE JEWISH RELIGION SOLELY AND NOT THE CHRISTIAN RELIGION.

.

It’s important to understand that under the New Covenant, the New Testament, the second coming for the church doctrine is an admission that Jesus will not meet the Jewish Messianic criteria, expectations as the Christian Church alone itself is now the true Israel replacement and inherits all he Old testament messianic promises..

.

No Jews or non Jews never the less should still continue to observe the Torah after embracing Jesus as their Messiah.
.
The Christian Church is not defined solely by the 4 Gospel of Matthew, Luke and John but is also clearly  more defined by the Book of Acts and Apostle Paul’s writings.
.
Matthew 28:19–20, which appears only in Matthew: “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything that I have commanded you.”  Does not include the Torah , or the Noahide laws. Noahide Laws. This  false rabbinic teaching posits that Gentiles need not observe the 613 commandments of the Torah but only abide by seven universal, ethical laws.

.
Many of the Jewish people.. play word and sound assimilation’s to arrive at their faulty conclusions . the bible warns of “ANOTHER JESUS.” the context is that Paul is making reference to someone who is called “Jesus” (Yeshua). But is someone who has a different IDENTITY, he is not the same in substance, he is not God in the flesh and therefore is not the WAY, the TRUTH, and the LIFE (John 14:6). It is more important to have the MEANING of the word, when translating a word from one language to another, than it is to make sure everyone SPEAKS or pronounces it the same in all languages. The “NAME” means to describe one’s identity, it is representative of either the totality of ones being or specifically ones attributes or characteristics. “God’s name …is a symbol of [His] nature, character, and person… The name of the Lord is the manifestation of His character…it is synonymous with the Lord Himself.” However there is some validity to knowing Gods name in Hebrew but it is not a matter of salvation. Less someone wants to commit to the false saying the whole Christian Church has been unsaved and only a few Hebrew speaking persons could grasp this truth. God is infinitely more concerned about the TRUTH being spoken, and the reasons it is spoken. Than He is with HOW his name is enunciated by the different people of the world!

.
Messianic Jews are false antichrist still..  Can you be a practicing Jew and also believe that Jesus is the messiah? The customary answer is no. Though Christianity began in Jerusalem , all Christians came to understand themselves as people who by definition were not Jewish and who believed that Christianity had “superseded” Judaism — that is, “taken its seat” of favor before God. While the early church was made up of both Jews and gentiles who professed faith in Jesus as Messiah and Lord the early church was anti-Jewish. To accept Jews into the church as Jews who follow the Torah’s instructions for observant Jewish life even as they live in fellowship with Christian Jesus-believing gentiles, would represent a false unacceptable return to Judaism.. Christianity and rabbinic Judaism next emerged as rival claimants to continuity with Israel after the destruction of the Jewish temple in 70 AD.. In the case of Messianic Jews, their failure to leave their ongoing Jewishness is what damns them to hell.

.

YAHWEH YESHUA His real name is still Jesus Christ, as the New Testament was written in Greek only , Jesus Christ a translation of his Greek name when he was born a Jew, and he only spoke Greek as the Romans forbid Aramaic and Hebrew.. burned all the Jewish AND ARAMAIC books, libraries too and the only language spoken was Greek and Hebrew was not spoken for the next 2000 years even till 1948 .. ”
.
Jewish believers in Yeshua? but there is No such thing.. as Jewish believers in Yeshua as there are only Believers in Jesus Christ.. If someone born to a Jewish mother who embraces Jesus and practices Christianity, then that person is NOT now a ‘Jew for Jesus’. They now are either a New Testament Christian, or a Old testament Jew.. The ‘messianic Jews’ now are just another sect within Judaism. They are not CHRISTIAN. Messianic Jews also undeniably tend to tell half truths, they do falsely and too often now take New testament verses out of Context, falsely do promote a non Christian Gospel as they basically are still AntiChrists … Sad..
 .

It should be of note, interest to all Bible students, that the Christian Church, the bride of Christ, the final Jewish seed, was not mentioned directly in the old Testament but only in the new Testament. In the New testament the Jews are no longer the Chosen ones too, the Christians are.

.

It may surprise you to discover that the New Testament never uses the term ‘chosen’ to describe the Jewish people. It is only used of those who follow Jesus Christ now .
.

(Eph 1:4 KJV) According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love:

.
There is a VERY FALSE popular movement to replace the name of God, Jehovah, with the name Yahweh. This is being pushed especially hard among those in the Identity and Christian patriot movements, and especially among the alternative news community prominent on the shortwave, which some Christians perceive of as being a source of more purer form of broadcasted Christianity.
 .
Eph 2:2 Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience:
.
This movement to alter God’s name with absolutely nothing that resembles scriptural, textual, or linguistic support, has misled huge numbers of Christians into denying the Bible and accepting the work of Bible-scoffing atheists who have dominated the academic field of biblical studies since the mid-nineteenth century. I even hear people who claim to be King James Bible supporters use this perversion of the name of God. If they deny what the KJV says about the name of God, then they do not believe the KJV is God’s word. In fact, they do not believe that the Hebrew Old Testament is God’s word either, because it clearly says Yehovah, which becomes Jehovah in English pronunciation, and pronounced He’ova in Spanish. If one can change that word simply on a whim, which is all the Yahweh spelling is, then they can deny the spelling of absolutely any other word in the entire Hebrew Bible.

.
Now natural Israel has no longer any standing before God, or any part in His future purposes. Jews will always be far from any right to the the promise land because of all their own unrepentant SINS, ACTS, even the blood shed of many others that they have killed from generations to generation even the shed blood of Jesus. (Mat 23:38 KJV) Behold, your house is left unto you desolate. 39 For I say unto you, Ye shall not see me henceforth, till ye shall say, Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord. The Jews alone have by their return to Israel have usurped the authority of the Lord God of Hosts Himself, who alone has the right to give and take away the land of Israel as so far there is no New testament word confirming any of it’s return.. …the Land belongs now to Jesus Christ alone and his bride the Church… it is all his, he had undeniably bought it with his life and redeemed it alone! The New Testament Scriptures makes it now certain that the national restoration of Israel after the flesh is not a part of the revealed will of God, but that the reverse is true. God regards natural Israel earthly kingdom with utter detestation, and He will never restore it, Next when John the Baptist preached to the Jewish people, saying, “Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand,” he was not announcing the setting up again of the earthly throne of David for Israel as many Jews, some professing Christians falsely hoped, believe it would happen again
 .

Zechariah 14:3-4: “Then shall the LORD go forth, and fight against those nations, as when he fought in the day of battle.[3] And his feet shall stand in that day upon the mount of Olives, which is before Jerusalem on the east, and the mount of Olives shall cleave in the midst thereof toward the east and toward the west, and there shall be a very great valley; and half of the mountain shall remove toward the north, and half of it toward the south.”

.

It is the Lord Jesus that will defeat Satan the Antichrist, and His army of that day. Jesus Christ will come and His feet will stand on the “Mount of Olives” officially claiming all earth as his poached land, and now confirming that the judgment of the world will come, and end in this “Valley of Jehoshaphat”.

11 And the beast that was, and is not, even he is the eighth, and is of the seven, and goeth into perdition.

Daniel 8:
23    And in the latter time of their kingdom, when the transgressors are come to the full, a king of fierce countenance, and understanding dark sentences, shall stand up.

25    And through his policy also he shall cause craft to prosper in his hand; and he shall magnify himself in his heart, and by peace shall destroy many: he shall also stand up against the Prince of princes; but he shall be broken without hand.
26    And the vision of the evening and the morning which was told is true: wherefore shut thou up the vision; for it shall be for many days.
.
2 Thessalonians 2:
1    Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto him,
2    That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand.
3    Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;
4    Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.
5    Remember ye not, that, when I was yet with you, I told you these things?
6    And now ye know what withholdeth that he might be revealed in his time.
7    For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way.
8    And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming:
9    Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders,
10    And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.
11    And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:
12    That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.
13    But we are bound to give thanks alway to God for you, brethren beloved of the Lord, because God hath from the beginning chosen you to salvation through sanctification of the Spirit and belief of the truth:
14    Whereunto he called you by our gospel, to the obtaining of the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.
15    Therefore, brethren, stand fast, and hold the traditions which ye have been taught, whether by word, or our epistle.
16    Now our Lord Jesus Christ himself, and God, even our Father, which hath loved us, and hath given us everlasting consolation and good hope through grace,
17    Comfort your hearts, and establish you in every good word and work.
.
Daniel 12:
1    And at that time shall Michael stand up, the great prince which standeth for the children of thy people: and there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time: and at that time thy people shall be delivered, every one that shall be found written in the book.
2    And many of them that sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt.
3    And they that be wise shall shine as the brightness of the firmament; and they that turn many to righteousness as the stars for ever and ever.
4    But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased.
.
Acts 1
7 And he said unto them, It is not for you to know the times or the seasons, which the Father hath put in his own power.

Disspensationalists are false Christians

The apostle Paul declared in Galatians 6:7, “Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, this he will also reap.” There has always been consequence to sin from the moment Adam and Eve disobeyed God in the garden (Genesis 2,3).

No Man should ever  think that he can escape the eye of God even if some time has passed..

For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie

https://dispensatiionalism.wordpress.com/2015/09/20/how-to-recognize-a-true-christian/

The Dispensationalist , Plymouth  Brethren false views on sins, accountability, grace, Israel and much more too is an undeniable fact even if they lie and try falsey to say it is Authentic Christianity, or the Good News, the Gospel, that for sure it is not! In the Western  world today, too many Brethren Christians dare not walk openly or share their faith “for fear of the Jews” and others , but not all of them. (Prov 28:1 KJV)  The wicked flee when no man pursueth: but the righteous are bold as a lion. https://postedat.wordpress.com/2010/05/30/the-revisionists/
HOLY SPIRIT (51).
NOW WE VALID CHRISTIANS DO BASE THE VALID DOCTRINES ON THE NEW TESTAMENT SUBSTANTIATION BY JESUS OR THE APOSTLES, NOT JUST ON THE  OLD TESTAMENT REFERENCES.. now there is no biblical substantiation for Dispensationalists, Secret Rapture, Eternal security, Zionism, Messianic Jew too
.
There are many people, pastors, so called leaders, who because of various reasons have never received the fullness of the Baptism of the Holy Spirit, the second blessings , and thus they do not even know that they are out of touch with God and the holy Spirit.  They are still carnal, use their own human reasons, understandings, or listen to other carnal persons to obtain their often still false, corrupted spiritual understandings True spiritual understanding is a direct revelation from the Holy Spirit, with whom they have no contact even.. http://witnessed.wordpress.com/2013/12/22/the-plymouth-brethren/

The Baptism with the Holy Spirit is also referred to as, “the second blessing.”  where the baptism with the Holy Spirit is an additional experience that we must seek after we are saved, rather than the initial  one most people we receive with salvation. So in that case, the baptism with the Holy Spirit would be a SECOND BLESSING. Most real Pentecostal and Charismatic people do believe that the baptism with the Holy Spirit is a second blessing – one received in addition to salvation. They believe that you can be saved, and be indwelt by Christ — but that this is not ALL that God has for most us. You thus must go on to receive POWER, gifts, and an overflow. This, to them, is the baptism of the Holy Spirit, the so-called, “second blessing.” The reasons most people did not receive the Baptism with the Holy Spirit at Salvation was they were ignorant of it, they did not accept Jesus Christ fully as the sole Lord of their life at salvation. Their salvation  is more of an intellectual salvation not a fully experiential salvation.. If you still personally must receive a second blessing to receive ALL that God wants to give us, then you do NOT receive all when you receive Christ. Thus, this means that it is entirely possible to be saved but LACK everything that goes with this, “second blessing.”  Which most often is the case.
Instead of rightfully here too taking Jesus words at face value, like they do with too many things, the Brethren have their own false re explanations, interpretations..
When someone one says to me, others, on the net that they believe the Bible is the word of God, they believe Jesus is God and He is an equal  part of the Trinity, they believe in the Holy spirit now as being a person as well,  but they next do  deny falsely the existence of the  Holy Spirit’s  spiritual, charismatic gifts, they now are still lying, falsely  playing on words, because you cannot accept Jesus Christ and reject the Holy Spirit and his gifts. The Holy Spirt is the Spirit  of Christ. Thus they really are not Christians, for how could the Holy Spirit now be even guiding them and leading them into all truth when they cannot be led by him into these basics even.. rather they are being led by the devil, others, mere men, and not God undeniably still too.

Plymouth Brethren it seems they  like to hide from what they really are and teach..  They say the want to be known as the  “No Name Christian Church”, but they are often called  “PB Church”, “PBer’s”, “The Brethren Church”, “Darbyites” and such like.  The history books often refer to them as Plymouth Brethren or those who started the Plymouth Brethren movement.  This Plymouth Brethren label came to be used in the early 1800s because an assembly of Christians gathered in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ in Plymouth England had a number of gifted preachers that traveled and preached throughout the country and because they were from the town of Plymouth, people would often refer to them as one of those brethren from Plymouth.

While the Brethren even say they Believe the Bible is the Word of God, they too  clearly do have this unholy, desperate and complicated need to reinterpret almost every  passages of the Bible suitable to their own liking. It is impossible to give a concise, succinct definition of Dispensationalism today because of the many changes among dispensational teachers. There is more than one view of Dispensationalism today. Therefore, the old definition found in the Scofield Bible is no longer accurate or adequate: “A dispensation is a period of time during which a man is tested in respect of obedience to some specific revelation of the will of God” (Scofield Reference Bible, p. 5, note 4 )so  it is impossible to give a concise and succinct definition of Dispensationalism, and if Darby, Scofield, or even Chafer were to return today, they would be bewildered by the widely divergent stances of those still called dispensationalists. So clearly Dispensationalism cannot be defined as a return to the new testament biblical, beliefs, doctrines any longer too. “Darby and many others Brrthren had held that the church of God would escape the days of the end [i.e., the days of the great tribulation]; Newton, Tregelles, George Müller, and others believed the church will go through that period; R. C. Chapman, Groves, and Lady Powerscourt thought that not all believers will share in the first resurrection and the millennial kingdom…. “

Because of the dogmatic insistence of Darby and his followers that others heed their instructions, which they felt to be the Spirit’s leading, they reaped divisions in abundance

John Nelson Darby (18 November 1800 – 29 April 1882) was an Anglo-Irish Bible teacher, one of the influential figures among the original Plymouth Brethren and the founder of the Exclusive Brethren. He is considered to be the father of modern Dispensationalism and Futurism in the English vernacular. He produced a false translation of the Bible based on the Hebrew and Greek texts called The Holy Scriptures: A New Translation from the Original Languages by J. N. Darby.

.

While the Plymouth Brethren even say they Believe the Bible is the Word they have clearly seem to like to eradicate, explain away the Bible references to personal  judgement, reaping, sins, Hell, damnation, and I often still do wonder why? what are they hiding? are fearful of? the real truth? It is true that there have been many dispensationalists who have not embraced selective-resurrection or chastisement at the judgment seat.

Jesus tells us “Beware of the scribes…” and in 1 Corinthians 1:19-20 “It is written, I will destroy the wisdom of the wise, and will bring to nothing the understanding of the prudent. Where is the wise? Where is the scribe? Where is the disputer of this world? Hath not God made foolish the wisdom of this world?”

.

The Plymouth Brethren has mainly  split into Exclusive and Open Brethren in 1848 when George Müller refused John Nelson Darby‘s bias view of the relationship between local assemblies following difficulties in the Plymouth meeting. Brethren that held Muller’s congregational view became known as “Open”, those holding Darby’s ‘connexional‘ view, became known as “Exclusive” or “Darbyite” Brethren. http://www.bbc.co.uk/religion/religions/christianity/subdivisions/exclusivebrethren_1.shtml

.

Religious people are always arguing about WHEN it will happen – PRE – MID – POST tribulation. Believing NO RAPTURE solves all those arguments. Some people prefer NOT to call it THE RAPTURE, but have other names for it. You hear people quoting Scripture when they say COME QUICKLY, LORD JESUS. They are looking for an ESCAPE from the things of this world. When things REALLY get bad, and there is NO RAPTURE, many will turn their back on Jesus because they were not RESCUED. When this happens, they cancel their ticket to Heaven. This is exactly what the devil wanted, when he started the teaching of THE RAPTURE. The false teachings of Rapture, Zionism, Eternal security, were also brought in by the The Plymouth Brethren  IS THERE REALLY TO BE A RAPTURE The origin of Rapture False doctrine: John Darby 1830 AD.  http://www.bible.ca/rapture-origin-john-nelson-darby-1830ad.htm

What does scripture teach?  Now I beseech you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that ye all speak the same thing, and that there be no divisions among you; but that ye be perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment. For it hath been declared unto me of you, my brethren, by them which are of the house of Chloe, that there are contentions among you.  Now this I say, that every one of you saith, I am of Paul; and I of Apollos; and I of Cephas; and I of Christ.  Is Christ divided?  (1 Cor. 1: 10-13)

and yet the brethren cause, practice,  and have divisions amongst themselves from the start even.. one of the first being Rev George Muellar

.

There are Much too many typical Plymouth Dispensational Brethren and whether they are open or closed Brethren that are deceitful .. they are also those persons who do do still falsely and too often substitute next their own men ‘s teaching for the Christ’s, and while the Bible opposes divorce for Christian persons, the Plymouth Brethren undeniably even encourage divorce of any spouse Christian or not who does not heed to the full brethren doctrines, the wife does not need to listen to her husband in anything even if the husband who was to be the head of the home .

The Plymouth Dispensational Brethren undeniably as I too have witnessed do go behind the husbands back and will even encourage the wife to divorce her husband cause he is not a true Plymouth Dispensational Brethren contrary to the Bible.

(1 Cor 11:3 KJV) But I would have you know, that the head of every man is Christ; and the head of the woman is the man; and the head of Christ is God.
Eph 5:23 KJV) For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the saviour of the body.

1 Cor 7:12 But to the rest speak I, not the Lord: If any brother hath a wife that believeth not, and she be pleased to dwell with him, let him not put her away.
1 Cor 7:13 And the woman which hath an husband that believeth not, and if he be pleased to dwell with her, let her not leave him.
1 Cor 7:14 For the unbelieving husband is sanctified by the wife, and the unbelieving wife is sanctified by the husband: else were your children unclean; but now are they holy.

The Plymouth Dispensational Brethren tend to be WASP. white, Anglo Saxon, protestants still too, and the Plymouth Dispensational Brethren say that “We teach that all who place their faith and trust in Jesus Christ are immediately placed by the Holy Spirit into one united spiritual body, the church” is a lie for too many many real Christians are immediately rejected, shut out of the brethren church , excluded for not being dispensationalist. The Plymouth Dispensational Brethren also undeniable practice personal character assassination, slander, human rights abuse when they often do openly make a claim that anyone, any Christian who is a Pentecostal is an emotional, mentally disturbed individual as I have often witnessed myself as well.. The Plymouth Dispensational Brethren false views on sins, accountability, grace, Israel and much more too is an undeniable fact even if they lie and try falsely to say it is Authentic Christianity, or the Good News, the Gospel, that for sure it is not! Plymouth Dispensational Brethren it seems they like to hide from what they really are and teach.” While they the Plymouth Dispensational Brethren too often hide who they are by making the statement they are Christians, they certainly are not true Christians and for century have not been accepted by the major Christian churches. The Plymouth Dispensational Brethren to me rightfully are the wolves in sheep clothing, the false brethren who crept in amongst us falsely saying they are Christians.. they are a new group at it too.. since they started only in the 1800.. It would be rather generally accurate to say that they are racists, sectarian, divisional, hate mongers, anti Pentecostals, liars and slanders too.. and anyone does not heed to dispensational teach is evil, Ch Spurgeoen, Rev George Muellar, me included ehh “

“Over the years outsiders and historians have called us by names not of our choosing, but we have not and do not lay claim to any of them.  The “No Name Church”, “PB Church”, “PBer’s”, “The Brethren Church”, “Darbyites” and such like.  The history books often refer to us as Plymouth Brethren or those who started the Plymouth Brethren movement. Thus the label or designation Plymouth Brethren. It would be generally accurate to say that we are evangelical, dispensational, conservative and orthodox as to doctrine and practice.”

It would be rather  generally accurate for me again to say that   you mostly are still  false, liars, slanderers, sectarian,  divisional, hate mongers, anti Pentecostals, liars and slanders   too

>>We teach that the Bible is the only infallible rule of faith and practice (Matt. 5:18; 24:35; John 10:35; 16:12, 13; 17:17; 1 Cor. 2:13; 2 Tim. 3:15-17; Heb. 4:12; 2 Pet. 1:20, 21) We teach that the Bible is God’s written revelation to man, and that the 66 books of the Bible given to us by the Holy Spirit constitute the inspired Word of God (1 Cor. 2:7-14; 2 Pet. 1:20, 21). We teach that the Word of God is verbally inspired in every word (2 Tim. 3:16), absolutely inerrant, infallible, and God-breathed. We teach the literal, grammatical-historical-contextual-dispensational  interpretation of Scripture. We teach that God spoke in His written Word by a process of divine and human authorship. The Holy Spirit so superintended the human authors that, through their individual personalities and different styles of writing, they composed and recorded God’s Word to man (2 Pet. 1:20, 21) without error in the whole or in the part (Matt. 5:18; 2 Tim. 3:16). We teach that, whereas there may be several applications of any given passage of Scripture, there is but one true interpretation.

ha ha ha the Brethren one of course..

>>The meaning of Scripture is to be found as one diligently applies the literal, grammatical-historical-contextual-dispensational method of interpretation under the leading and guidance of the Holy Spirit (John 7:17; 16:12-15; 1 Cor. 2:7-15; 1 John 2:20). The Scripture is its own best interpreter by comparing Scripture with Scripture.  (1 Cor. 2:13)  It is the responsibility of all believers to carefully search out the true intent and meaning of Scripture and that the Scriptures stand in judgment of men; never ought men stand in judgment of it. (Heb. 4:12,13)

that is mere hypocrisy, for  mind you the brethren insist you read their solely their recommended commentaries.. and follow only their teachers

>>We teach that the Holy Spirit administers spiritual gifts to the church.

but you also add to the word of God and lying say all his gifts have now ceased

>>All men are thus sinners by nature, by choice, and by divine declaration (Psa. 14:1-3; Jer. 17:9; Rom. 3:9-18, 23; 5:10-12)

Including most of the brethren now still too

.

>>We teach that the local assembly is autonomous and free from any central authority or control other than Christ who is the head of the Church.

the control is mostly still  by your bad elders.. and you do still falsely and too often substitute next men ‘s teaching for the Christ’s.

>>We teach that there were two kinds of gifts given to the early church: miraculous gifts of divine revelation and healing, given temporarily in the apostolic era for the purpose of confirming the authenticity of the apostles’ message ( 2 Cor. 12:12; Heb. 2:3, 4); and ministering gifts, given to equip believers for edifying one another. With the New Testament revelation now complete, Scripture becomes the sole test of the authenticity of a man’s message, and confirming gifts of a miraculous nature are no longer necessary to validate a man or his message (1 Cor. 13:8-12). Miraculous gifts can even be counterfeited by Satan so as to deceive even believers (Matt. 24:24). The only gifts in operation today are those non-revelatory equipping gifts given for edification (Rom. 12:6-8). We teach that no one possesses the sign gift of healing today but that God does hear and answer the prayer of faith and will answer in accordance with His own perfect will for the sick, suffering, and afflicted (Luke 18:1-8; John 5:7-9; 2 Cor. 12:6-10; James 5:13-16; 1 John 5:14, 15).

That is all brethren dunk only.. not the word of God for my experience in the baptism of the Holy Sprit is real and so are my speaking, praying in tongues , something you cannot talk about cause you have never firstly personal  experienced it

Like I said read all of my post they disprove all you believe in and often

“In my historical research of the Church over the last 35 years I have found an earlier record of the rapture doctrine than Margaret McDonald and the Irvingites. If you will check the counter reformation move of Papal Rome in the 16th century after Martin Luther nailed his 95 thesis to the church door in Wittenberg on October 31, 1517. You will find that Pope Leo X authorized three Jesuit Priests to reinterpret Daniel’s 70 weeks of prophecy; the Book of Revelation; and Ezekiel. The goal of these Jesuits was to take the heat of the reformation away from the papacy. The three Jesuits were: 1. Francisco Ribera (1537-1591) of Salamanca – futurism/rapturists 2. Luis de Alcazar (1554-1621) of Seville – praeterism 3. Cardinal Roberto Bellarmine (1542-1621) – followed Ribera’s school of thought The futurists rapture doctrine originated and was submitted by Francisco Ribera in 1585. His Apocalyptic Commentary was on the grand points of Babylon and Anti-christ which we now call the futurists or rapture doctrine. Ribera’s published work was called “In Sacram Beati Ionnis Apostoli ” Evangelistate Apocoalypsin Commentari (Lugduni 1593). You can still find these writings in the Bodleian Library in Oxford England. I don’t have the time or space to go into this in great detail, but suffice it for now that Ribera’s futurist interpretation rocked not only the protestant church , but also the Catholic church so the Pope ordered it buried in the archives out of sight. Unfortunately, over 200 years later a librarian to the Archbishop of Canterbury by the name of S. R. Maitland (1792-1866) was appointed to be the Keeper of the Manuscripts at Lambeth Palace, in London, England. In his duties, Dr. Maitland came across Francisco Ribera’s futurists/rapture teaching and he had it republished for the sake of interest in early 1826 with follow ups in 1829 and 1830. This was spurred along with the Oxford Tracts that were published in 1833 to try and deprotestantize the Church of England. John Nelson Darby (1800-1882) (A Leader of the Plymouth Brethren) became a follower of S.R. Maitland’s prophetic endeavors and was persuaded. Darby’s influence in the seminaries of Europe combined with 7 tours of the United States changed the eschatological view of the ministers which had the trickle down effect into the churches. Darby’s/Ribera’s teachings were embraced radically by Cyrus Ingerson Scofield (1843-1921). Scofield adopted Darby’s/Ribera’s school of prophetic thought into the Scofield Reference Bible of 1909 which was heralded as the “book of books”. Another contributor to the rapturist’s chaotic prophetic line of thought came through Emmanuel Lacunza (1731-1801), a Jesuit priest from Chile. Lacunza wrote the “Coming of Messiah in Glory and Majesty” around 1791. It was later published in London in 1827. The book was attributed to a fictitious author name Rabbi Juan Josafat BenEzra. Reverend Edward Irving (1792-1834) contended that it was the work of a converted Jew and proved that even the Jewish scholars embraced a pre-tribulation rapture line of thought. It wasn’t long until he had persuaded others to follow his line of thought which gave birth to the Irvingites (per your reference to Margaret McDonald). In March 1830, in Port Glasgow, Scotland, 15 year old Margaret McDonald made claim of her visions. Robert Norton published Margaret’s visions and prophecies in a book entitled, “The Restoration of Apostles and Prophets in the Catholic Apostolic Church” (London, 1861). Although the modern day view of every believer being taken away in a rapture is different from all of the thoughts that came before it, there is little doubt to it’s error. Lacunza casserted that only thopse believers that partake of the sacrament of the Eucharist would be raptured; while Margaret McDonald said the rapture would only take those that were filled with the Holy Spirit; and Norton claimed that only those that had been sealed with the Holy Ghost by the laying on of hands would be raptured. Definitely confusion ensued. John Darby, an ordained deacon in the Church of England, was acquainted with Edward Irving and had visited Margaret McDonald during the time of her visions. Combined with the knowledge he had gained from S.R. Maitland/Ribera’s teachings and the new push from Irving/McDonald/Lucunza’s teachings, Darby used the rapture theory to bring a clean break from the lethargic Church of England. Ribera and Lucunza’s teachings find a meeting point in John Nelson Darby. The effects of this purported lie against the truth are still dominant today in Christian churches world-wide. Albeit the light is still shining, through individuals like yourself, and I believe beyond the shadow of a doubt that Truth will prevail and this disgusting futurists heresy will be thrown down and disproved once and for all.   “

Kevin Rudd, Prime Minister of Australia, said in 2007: “I believe this is an extremist cult and sect,”[and “They split families and I am deeply concerned about their impact on communities across Australia.”.

Critics of The Plymouth Brethren firstly object  to their false teaching that you have to use their approved commentaries to study the Bible, with a very heavy, false emphasis on the original Greek and not the Holy Spirit as they are Cessationists falsely.

.

Critics of The Plymouth Brethren have accused it of using cult techniques by controlling all aspects of its members’ lives  The group’s influence over its members is such that many who have left the group have had trouble adjusting to life outside. To help with this problem, several websites have been set up to assist people that have left the church to adjust back into mainstream society

.

Among the various criticisms raised against the church? ( they themselves do not admit to being one) are:

.

They tend not to reveal openly, initially who they really are but camouflage it by saying they are Christians but this is not the true since most Christians do not agree with their too many false doctrines.

.

They do contrary to the Bible falsely recommend one spouse to divorce the other one if they do not agree with their doctrines. Separation from Evil – God’s Principle of Unity. “  Hence the church is to put out from itself the wicked person, and thus maintains its separation from evil.  But, alas! we know worldliness creeps in, and spiritual power declines; the taste for this blessing is enfeebled, because it is not enjoyed in the power of the Spirit; the spiritual fellowship with Christ the heavenly Head decays, and the power which banishes evil out of the church is no longer in living exercise… the evil must be separated from.“ Rev John Darby

.

Members who leave or who are expelled from the group have often been treated with what outsiders may regard as undeniably  great cruelty.

.

The Exclusive Brethren were accused of providing over half a million dollars to the campaign of George W. Bush, another half-million to the campaign of New Zealand National leader, Don Brash, and large amounts to the campaign of Australia’s John Howard. The Brethren Church claims it has never engaged in political activity. Individual citizens, they claim, have the right to express their concerns and encourage principles which they support or believe are right, although Exclusive Brethren do not – as a matter of principle – vote. The media attention on the brethren has been particularly active in Australasia. In 2007, the Australian Broadcasting Corporation current affairs television program ‘Four Corners’ aired an investigation into a claim of secret campaigning by the Exclusive Brethren alleging that church elders had met with both the then Australian Prime Minister John Howard and the Treasurer Peter Costello  and had allegedly provided them with their support.[ The program revealed that the Brethren had a vigorous and largely untold political history going back at least to 1993, and provided evidence of a trail spelling out how its members have spent millions in state and federal elections and overseas, including the USA.

.

During the 2005 general election, the National Party leader Don Brash accepted covert assistance from the Exclusive Brethren. This assistance included organising a separate electoral canvassing and advertising campaign that attacked the socially-liberal policies of the incumbent Labour and Greencoalition government. This strategy backfired and contributed to Prime Minister Helen Clark‘s second re-election

.

Critics asserted that the Exclusive Brethren’s canvassing campaign was such that at one stage it had “threatened the Government” of that country  Ex New Zealand Prime Minister Helen Clark accused the sect of hiring a private detective to gather dirt on her and husband Peter Davis, who was photographed kissing one of the couple’s oldest friends, Dr Ian Scott, who is gay.  Due to the ensuing public backlash against the Exclusive Brethren’s canvassing efforts, Brash’s successor Prime Minister John Key explicitly rejected any assistance from the Exclusive Brethren during the 2008 election

.

Controversy over the Brethren also  revolves around the practice of “shutting up”, where families or persons are confined to their homes, this  is used to punish members who break rules.

.

The doctrine of the separation of Israel and the Church, the foundation of dispensationalism, was born out of Darby’s attempt to justify his newly fabricated rapture theory with the Bible. Dispensationalists believed justification for carving up the Scriptures came from 2 Timothy 2:15 (KJV) “rightly dividing the word of truth.” Subsequent dispensationalists divided the Scriptures in terms of categories of people: Jew, Gentile, and Christian. Chafer taught that the only Scriptures addressed specifically to Christians were the gospel of John, Acts, and the Epistles! Pettengill taught that the Great Commission was for the Jews only. http://www.seeking4truth.com/john_darby.htm

“END-TIME” CONFUSION ABOUNDS. But the Scripture tells us “God is not the author of confusion” (I Cor. 14:33). Yet when it comes to proper end-time direction, Dispensationalist  churches almost universally exude mainly  the spirit of confusion and contradictions.

.

Matthew 24:37-41 (Jesus speaking) But as the days of Noah were, so shall also the coming of the Son of Man be. For as in the days that were before the flood, THEY (the wicked) were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered into the ark. And THEY (the wicked) knew not until the flood came and took THEM (the wicked) ALL AWAY; so shall also the coming of the Son of Man be.

THEY and THEM are clearly the WICKED (ungodly unbelievers).

Verse 40 – Then shall two be in the field, the (WICKED) one SHALL BE TAKEN, and the other left.

Two shall be grinding at the mill; the (WICKED) one SHALL BE TAKEN and the other left.

Luke 17:26, 27 and 34-36 (Jesus speaking) As it was in the days of Noah, so shall it be also in the day of the Son of Man. THEY (the WICKED) did eat, THEY (the WICKED) did drink, THEY (the WICKED) married wives, THEY (the WICKED) were given in marriage, until the day that Noah entered into the ark, and the flood came and destroyed THEM (the WICKED) all.

…I tell you, in that night there shall be two men in one bed,; the (WICKED) one SHALL BE TAKEN (destroyed) and the other left.

Two women shall be grinding together; the (WICKED) one SHALL BE TAKEN (destroyed) and the other left.

Two men shall be in the field; the (WICKED) one SHALL BE TAKEN (destroyed) and the other left.

RAPTURE believers think THEY will be the ONE TAKEN. If you think YOU will be TAKEN, lets see what Jesus says will happen to you.

Luke 17:37, Jesus answers the disciples question of what happens to the TAKEN ONES. Jesus said, WHERE THERE IS A DEAD BODY, THERE THE VULTURES WILL GATHER.

2 Peter 2:5 (Peter speaking) (God) saved (kept safe) Noah…bringing in the flood upon the world of the ungodly (WICKED).

Matthew 13:24-30 The parable of the wheat and the tares. Gather together FIRST THE TARES. Jesus continues, The Son of Man shall send forth His angels, and they will gather OUT of His Kingdom all things that offend, and them which do iniquity….

Luke 17:29,30 (Jesus speaking) …(in) Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from Heaven and destroyed THEM ALL. Even thus shall it be in the day when the Son of Man is revealed. THE WICKED were destroyed, once again.

Matthew 13:47-50 (Jesus speaking) Again, the Kingdom of Heaven is like unto a net that was cast into the sea and gathered of every kind, which, when it was full, they drew to shore; and they sat down and gathered the good into vessels, but THREW THE BAD AWAY. So shall it be at the end of the world: the angels shall come forth, and SEVER THE WICKED from among the just, and cast them into the furnace of fire…

Once again the GOOD remain and the BAD are thrown away. THE WICKED TAKEN and destroyed “from among the just,” who remain on the earth.

I Thessalonians 5:3 (Paul speaking) For when THEY (THE WICKED) shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction shall come upon THEM…and they shall not escape.

Matthew 24:21,22 and Mark 13:19,20 (Jesus speaking) For in those days shall be affliction, such as was not from the beginning of the creation which God created unto this time, neither shall be. And except that the Lord had shortened those days, no flesh should be saved (survive); but for THE ELECT’s sake whom He hath chosen, He hath shortened the days.

How can there be THE ELECT during this time IF they went in THE RAPTURE?

ELECT is also mentioned in Luke 18:7; Romans 8:33; Colossians 3:12; Titus 1:1

Proverbs 2:21, 22 For the upright shall dwell in the land, and the perfect shall REMAIN in it, but THE WICKED shall be cut off (taken/destroyed) from the earth and the transgressors shall be rooted OUT of it.

Psalm 145:20 The Lord preserveth ALL that love him; but ALL THE WICKED He will destroy.

Proverbs 10:30 The righteous shall NEVER be REMOVED;

Proverbs 11:31 The righteous shall be recompensed IN the (world) earth…

Psalm 101:8 I (God) will early (first) destroy THE WICKED of the land…

Psalm 119:119 All THE WICKED of the earth you discard (throw away) like dross.

Proverbs 25:4,5 Take AWAY the dross from the silver…Take AWAY THE WICKED from before the King…

Isaiah 5:24 and 29:5 The flame consumeth the chaff (WICKED).

Job 21:18 THEY (THE WICKED) are as stubble before the wind, and as chaff that the storm carrieth AWAY.

Job 38:13 (Speaking to God) …take hold of the ends of the earth that THE WICKED might be shaken OUT of it.

Malachi 4:1 For behold the day cometh…and all that do WICKEDLY, shall be stubble: and the day that cometh shall burn them up…

Psalm 37:29 The righteous shall inherit the land (earth) and dwell therein FOREVER.

Psalm 37:9-11 For evildoers (WICKED) shall be cut off (destroyed); but those that wait upon the Lord shall inherit the earth.

Isaiah 13:9 Behold, the day of the Lord cometh, cruel both with wrath and fierce anger…and He shall destroy the sinners thereof OUT of it (the earth).

Psalm 104:35 Let the sinners be consumed OUT OF THE EARTH (world), and let the wicked be no more.

Psalm 52:5 God shall likewise destroy THEE (THE WICKED) forever; He shall take THEE AWAY, and pluck THEE OUT of thy dwelling place.

The above are just some of the Scriptures that make it CLEAR that the righteous STAY, and THE WICKED GO.

Ezekiel 9:4-6 and Revelation 9:3,4 talk about THE WICKED being destroyed in the midst of the RIGHTEOUS.

.

1 Thessalonians 4:17 is the SINGLE Scripture used to justify THE RAPTURE by false doctrine. Based on Scripture, you cannot make a doctrine on a SINGLE Scripture. The word RAPTURE does not appear in the text of any translation of the Bible, in any language.

.

“CAUGHT UP” are the words used by many when referring to THE RAPTURE. King James must have missed this one because the words “CAUGHT UP” are not found in the Young’s Concordance for 1 Thessalonians 4:17. However, “CATCH” is listed under that Scripture. That word appears 13 times, and is translated six different ways: catch, catch away, catch (caught) up, pluck and take by force. In the 12 other Scriptures, it has nothing to do with the physical removal of living people from the earth/world to heaven.

.

Also in THE RAPTURE CHAPTER, 1 Thessalonians 4:17, is to meet the lord IN THE AIR. According to the Strong’s and Young’s concordance, “AIR” is the Greek word “AER”, as used in the following Scriptures:

Acts 22:23, …and threw dust into the air (AER).

1 Corinthians 9:26, …not as one who beateth the air (AER).

1 Corinthians 14:9, …for ye shall speak in the air (AER).

.

Another Greek word which is also translated, AIR, in the KJV of the Bible is OURANOS. That translation is found in Matthew 6:26, 8:20, 13:32; Mark 4:4 and 32; Luke 8:5, 9:58, 13:19 and Acts 10:12, 11:6. Each one of these Scriptures refer to “the birds/fowls of the air (ouranos).

.

Grab a handful of dirt and throw it into the air. That’s about where you would be hanging IF there were to be a RAPTURE, based on the recorded meaning of the word AIR.

.

Next we have the phrase “with them in the CLOUDS”. If you look outside, you can see the clouds WAY UP there. BUT, is that what the Scripture means? No.

In the following Scriptures, the CLOUD came DOWN to earth:

Matthew 17:5; Mark 9:7; Luke 9:34

In 1Corinthians 10:1,2, they were UNDER the CLOUD, and were baptized IN the CLOUD.

Hebrews 11:36 through 12:2 talks about SO GREAT A CLOUD OF WITNESSES.

.

With all of the above, let us read 1 Thessalonians 4, beginning at verse 13, with a much more accurate and clearer understanding of the words and terms used therein. For clarity, the following Scripture quotes from 1 Thessalonians are in capital letters.

.

“BUT I WOULD NOT HAVE YOU IGNORANT, BRETHREN, CONCERNING THEM WHICH ARE ASLEEP (this Scripture is primarily about the departed/dead saints in Christ) THAT YE SORROW NOT, EVEN AS OTHERS WHICH HAVE NO HOPE (the Sadducees did not believe in a resurrection). FOR IF WE BELIEVE THAT JESUS DIED AND ROSE AGAIN (we all believe that), EVEN SO (in like manner) THEM ALSO WHICH SLEEP (are dead) IN JESUS WILL GOD BRING WITH HIM (Jesus). FOR THIS WE SAY UNTO YOU BY THE WORD OF THE LORD, THAT WE (Biblical believers) WHO ARE ALIVE AND REMAIN (on earth) UNTO THE COMING OF THE LORD SHALL NOT PREVENT (precede) (have any advantage over) THEM WHICH ARE ASLEEP. FOR THE LORD HIMSELF SHALL DESCEND FROM HEAVEN (Acts 1:11, Jesus went directly from earth to Heaven and shall return “in like manner” directly from Heaven to earth. No rapture back to heaven for a later third coming!) WITH A SHOUT, WITH THE VOICE OF THE ARCHANGEL, AND THE TRUMP(et) OF GOD: AND THE DEAD IN CHRIST SHALL RISE (Greek word, anistemi: to set up or be resurrected) FIRST: THEN WE WHO ARE ALIVE (“We shall not all die, but shall be changed/transformed/transfigured” (1 Cor 15:51) AND REMAIN (on the earth in the “aer”) SHALL BE CAUGHT UP (made one) (harpazo) TOGETHER (at the same time) WITH THEM (the dead in Christ) IN THE CLOUDS TO MEET THE LORD IN THE AIR (the “great cloud of witnesses” that will “be made perfect” with us on earth when Jesus brings their spirits “with Him” to be united with their bodies resurrected out of the ground “first” into the air [aer] with us in the air, on the surface of the earth): AND SO SHALL WE (for) EVER BE WITH THE LORD (in the air [aer] here ON earth forever). WHEREFORE, COMFORT (reassure) ONE ANOTHER WITH THESE WORDS.” (Notice, the Lord “descended from Heaven” before we are “caught up” to Him; just as the “New Jerusalem” came down to dwell with us–Rev. 21:2.)

.

“It is a fact that no Christian churches, congregations or fellowships existing prior to 1830 proclaimed a RAPTURE doctrine, and all accepted the Biblical truth that Christians would be on earth during the time of great tribulation. Before 1830, the single RAPTURE Scripture of 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18 were accepted as resurrection verses.

.

The SCOFIELD Bible and the DAKE’S Bible were the first to carry FOOTNOTES about THE RAPTURE. It’s all (BAD) history from there!

.

Many well-known scholars warned that the teachings of dispensationalism were “unscriptural” (Spurgeon), “heterodox” (Dabney), “bizarre doctrine” and “grievous error” (Warfield), but the warnings went largely unheeded.

.

WE HAVE been requested to reply to a small tract which has been given away at the door of the Tabernacle, by one of the “Plymouth Brethren,” but it is so devoid of all sense, Scripture and reason, that it needs no reply. We have not learned the art of beating the air, or replying to nonsense. The only meaning we could gather from the rambling writer’s remarks was a confirmation of our accusation, and a wonderful discovery that a long controverted point is now settled; the unpardonable sin is declared to be speaking against the Darbyites. Our portion must be something terrible if this be correct, but we have so little faith in the spirit which inspires the Brethren, that we endure their thunderbolts as calmly as we would those of the other infallible gentleman who occupies the Vatican. Another of this amiable community, having detected an error in one of our printed sermons, has most industriously spread the tidings that Mr. Spurgeon is a blasphemer. At the doors of their meetings and by enclosures in letters this sweet specimen of Christian charity is abundantly distributed; more to their shame than to our injury. We are persuaded that neither the writer of that cowardly anonymous fly-sheet, nor any other Plymouthist, believes in his heart that Mr. Spurgeon would knowingly blaspheme the glorious name of Jesus, and therefore the issue of the pamphlet is, we fear, a wickedly malicious act, dictated by revenge on account of our remarks upon their party. Our name and character are in too good a keeping to be injured by these dastardly anonymous attacks. NeitherMr. Newton* nor Mr. Muller** would sanction such action; it is only from one clique that we receive this treatment. It is worthy of note that even the printer was ashamed or afraid to put his name to the printed paper. Our error was rectified as soon as ever we knew of it, and being fallible we could do no more; but these men, who pretend to be so marvellously led of the Spirit, have in this case deliberately, and in the most unmanly manner, sought to injure the character of one who has committed the great sin of mortifying their pride, and openly exposing their false doctrine. “ http://www.spurgeon.org/s_and_t/pb.htm

“ An invisible Coming and pre-Tribulation Rapture is not found in the Bible. Before 1830 the belief in an invisible Return of Christ and a pre-Tribulation Rapture was unheard of in  the public discourse of the Evangelical Church. No one today has independently studied the Prophetic Scripture and come to any such conclusion on their own. Every new believer must be taught this solely from Darby’s theology in order to believe that there will be an invisible return of Christ and a pre-Tribulation Rapture. This teaching cannot be derived directly from the Bible because it just simply is not there. Jesus never taught it, the Apostles never taught it and the Hebrew Prophets never taught it. In fact Christ Himself as well as Paul clearly warned us against being fooled into believing in a secret Coming or a pre-Antichrist/Apostasy Rapture (Matthew 24:26-28 and II Thessalonians 2:3-4). The Apostle Paul said, “…learn not to go beyond what is written.” II Corinthians 4:6. If Darby’s invisible Coming and pre-Tribulation Rapture cannot be found anywhere in the Word of God it has to be categorized as mere speculation and must be considered an unbiblical doctrine.

.

Contradicting Darby’s theology, the Bible clearly teaches that the Rapture will occur at the Seventh Trumpet after the Antichrist is revealed and every eye will certainly see Jesus when He first appears on the clouds

 .

Every eye will see Him

Behold, He is coming with the clouds, and every eye will see Him… Revelation 1:7

 .

He will appear with great power and glory to gather the elect after the Tribulation

.

“But immediately after the tribulation of those days, the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light, and the stars of the heaven will fall from the sky, and the powers of the heavens will be shaken. And then the sign of the Son of Man will appear in the sky, and then all the tribes of the earth will mourn, and they will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of the sky with power and great glory. And He will send forth His angels with a great trumpet and they will gather together His elect from the four winds, from one end of the sky to the other.” Matthew 24:29-31

 .

The coming of the Lord and the Rapture will not occur until the Antichrist is revealed

Now we request you, brethren, with regard to the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and our gathering together with Him, that you not be quickly shaken from your composure or be disturbed wither by a spirit or a message or a letter as if from us, to the effect that the day of the Lord has come. Let no one in any way deceived you, for it will not come unless the apostasy come first and the man of lawless ness is revealed II Thessalonians 2:1-3

 .

The Rapture will occur at the Last Trumpet

Behold I tell you a mystery; we will not all sleep, but we will all be changed, in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet; for the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised imperishable, and we will be changed. II Corinthians 15:51-52

 .

The Mystery of God will be finished at the Seventh Trumpet, not before the Tribulation

“…In the days of the voice of the seventh angel, when he is about to sound then the Mystery of God is finished, as He preached to His servants the prophets.” Revelation 10:6-7

 .

The Mystery of God is Christ in the Church

The mystery which has been hidden from the past ages and generations, but has now been manifested to the saints, to who God willed to make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles, which is Christ in you, the hope of Glory. Colossians 1:26-27

 .

Because every eye will see Him and the Rapture as well, the Church as a mystery to the world will be finished

When Christ who is our life is revealed, then you will also be revealed with Him in glory. Colossians 3:4

 .

Jesus will be revealed from heaven and give relief the the afflicted Church

…And give relief to you who are afflicted and to us as well when the Lord Jesus will be revealed from heaven with His might angels in flaming fire. II Thessalonians 1:7

 .

Christ warns us about believing in a secret coming

For if they say to you, “Behold He is in the wilderness,” do not go out, or “Behold He is in the inner rooms,” do not believe them.  Matthew 24:26

 .

He describes His return being as visible as lightning flashing across the entire sky

For just as the lightning comes from the east and flashes even to the west, so will the coming of the Son of Man be. Matthew 24:27

.

“If there arise among you a prophet, or a dreamer of dreams, and gives you a sign or wonder, and the sign or the wonder come to pass, whereof he spoke unto you, saying, ‘let us go after other gods, which you have not known, and let us serve them’; you shall not hearken unto the words of that prophet, or that dreamer of dreams: for the Lord proves [tests] you, to know whether you love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul.”Deuteronomy 13:1–3

.

“In regard to the teachings of visionaries, recall what the apostle John commanded Christians.“Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.” 1 John 4:1

.

And though some refer to the prophecy of Daniel that “knowledge shall be increased” (Daniel 12:4) as proof that the revival of doctrinal truths will occur at the end of the age, this is not what Daniel meant. If you read the prophet carefully you will find Daniel was speaking that “the knowledge” of his prophecies will be increased, not the revival of general doctrines. In the original text of Daniel, the definite article occurs before the word “knowledge.” Daniel said THE knowledge will be increased,” and the text shows he meant “the knowledge of his prophecies.” Daniel was in no way speaking about a renewing of doctrines at the Time of the End.

.

A further admonition is necessary concerning the origins of visionary teachings that might emerge near our own time. It is by the apostle Paul and we should pay close attention to it. “Now the Spirit speaks expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils.”1 Timothy 4:1

.

These warnings from God’s word are a reminder that we should exercise caution in accepting the truthfulness of visionary revelations, particularly those near the end of the age, and which are contradictory to one another and to the Bible. The Pre-Tribulation Rapture Theory is such a doctrine; a teaching with no scriptural warrant. After all, the Holy Scriptures makes it plain that the first resurrection (when Christians from the past have their resurrections and we are caught up to heaven with Christ) occurs after the Tribulation is over (Revelation 20:5). And though a number of people within the Body of Christ have taken up with this false doctrine, it is time to jettison it from Christian belief.

.

The truth is, we will be protected from the evils of the Antichrist system (and the judgments of the Great Tribulation) by a mantle of safety from God that will protect us on earth. There is only one Second Advent of Christ and that is the moment (for all of us then living) we will be changed into immortality and the resurrection of the dead takes place. That is when all of us will meet Christ in the clouds (1 Thessalonians 4:13–18). We can believe this teaching with full assurance and faith. Remember, God cares for you and all the Body of Christ.” http://www.askelm.com/essentials/ess025.htm

Bible cross

Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto him, That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand.  Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God. – 2 Thessalonians 2:1-4

Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution. – 2 Timothy 3:12

…and:

And when they had preached the gospel to that city, and had taught many, they returned again to Lystra, and to Iconium, and Antioch, Confirming the souls of the disciples, and exhorting them to continue in the faith, and that we must through much tribulation enter into the kingdom of God. – Acts 14:21-22

Pre tribulation Rapture, eternal security, and Jesus coming back to reestablish Israel as a Nation , the rebuilding of the temple in Jerusalem are all a Hoax, Dispensational lies.  Jesus coming back to reestablish Israel as a Nation gives false hope to the Jews.. It is the anti Christ Yeshua  who is coming for them

Unfortunately, those of us who wish to live holy and righteous lives in Christ, WILL suffer persecution (2 Tim 3:12). When Paul wrote that to Timothy, he wasn’t thinking of the persecution that you and I have experienced – frowns, disapproval and lost jobs. No, he was referring to the persecution that Christians are experiencing right now in the Arab world – such as with ISIS and Boko Haram. The persecution that THEY are experiencing now, is coming for us all too soon. We call it The Great Tribulation, but we would understand it better if we called it The Great Persecution.

However, we have many  who believe in a different story. They believe that we will NOT suffer the persecution of the Antichrist, and  it is because they have put their trust in a lie.

Now what the Bible actually  tells you:

  • The Antichrist must come before the Rapture
  • The Tribulation must come before the Rapture
  • The Sun and Moon Must be Darkened before the Rapture
  • The Lord Must descend from Heaven with a Shout before the Rapture
  • Jesus Must Return before the Rapture
  • The Resurrection must happen just before the Rapture (or, at the same time)
  • There is only one resurrection for those who are God’s people
  • God promised that Christians would suffer
  • There IS a Place of Safety on this Earth

Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken: And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other. – Matthew 24:29-31

When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:) Then let them which be in Judaea flee into the mountains: Let him which is on the housetop not come down to take any thing out of his house: Neither let him which is in the field return back to take his clothes. And woe unto them that are with child, and to them that give suck in those days! But pray ye that your flight be not in the winter, neither on the sabbath day: For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be. And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect’s sake those days shall be shortened. – Matthew 24:15-22

For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be. – Matthew 24:21

1 Thessalonians 4:16-17 “For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.”

1 Corinthians 15:51-52 “Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.”

Paul declared that when Christ should come, there would be a shout; a voice; a trumpet; the righteous dead would be resurrected, and along with the righteous living, would be caught up from the earth to meet the Lord in the clouds never to part again.

The apostle John reveals that the coming of Jesus to this earth will be as follows:

Revelation 1:7 “Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they also which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him.”

Matthew 24:30-31 “…then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.”

Christ declared that when He returns the second time, it is not a secret rapture,  it would be with a sign; all people on the earth would see Him coming in the clouds of heaven and with power and great glory; the great majority of all the people of the earth would not be happy, but would mourn; there would be a great sound of a trumpet; and God would gather His obedient elect to Himself from every part of the world.

Did Jesus ask his Father to take us out of the world? Christ Himself prayed that His Father would not take His people “out of the world, but that thou shouldest keep them from the evil.” John 17:15.

The Secret Rapture teaching was introduced into the United States and Canada between the 1840’s and 1870’s.  A Congregationalist preacher by the name of C. I. Scofield came under the influence of Darby and the Plymouth Brethren. Scofield became a strong promoter of the teaching that had been promulgated by Darby, whom he considered “the most profound Bible student of modern times.” He incorporated this teaching into his SCOFIELD REFERENCE BIBLE. Three million copies were published in the first 50 years! Through this Bible Scofield shrewdly carried the teaching of the Secret Rapture into the very heart of Evangelicalism.

Christ taught that his coming is about as secret as a Nuclear bomb!

Luke 17:22 -27 “And he said unto the disciples, The days will come, when ye shall desire to see one of the days of the Son of man, and ye shall not see it. And they shall say to you, See here; or, see there: go not after them, nor follow them. For as the lightning, that lighteneth out of the one part under heaven, shineth unto the other part under heaven; so shall also the Son of man be in his day. But first must he suffer many things, and be rejected of this generation. And as it was in the days of Noe, so shall it be also in the days of the Son of man. They did eat, they drank, they married wives, they were given in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark, and the flood came, and destroyed them all.

Luke 21:25-28  And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring;  Men’s hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken.  And then shall they see the Son of man coming in a cloud with power and great glory.  And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh.

And the great tribulation is NOT the wrath of GOD. It is really the WRATH of Satan upon God’s Church.

Revelation 12:12-13 ¶ Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time. And when the dragon saw that he was cast unto the earth, he persecuted the woman which brought forth the man child.

The wrath of GOD is contained in 7 Vials. Which is poured out upon the wicked at the time of Christ’s coming.

Revelation 15:7  And one of the four beasts gave unto the seven angels seven golden vials full of the wrath of God, who liveth for ever and ever.

The Bible teaches that GOD knows those who are his. He has sealed his people with the Holy Spirit of promise, He has purchased them, they are his servants and his name is upon their foreheads. And they are protected from his wrath.

Revelation 9:4  And it was commanded them that they should not hurt the grass of the earth, neither any green thing, neither any tree; but only those men which have not the seal of God in their foreheads.
Just as the Jews were protected from the wrath that was poured out upon Egypt. Not by being ‘raptured’ off, but by having the blood applied, so do we.

Exodus 12:13 “And the blood shall be to you for a token upon the houses where ye are: and when I see the blood, I will pass over you, and the plague shall not be upon you to destroy you, when I smite
the land of Egypt.”

The Lord protected His own in the Old testament, and He promises to protect us New Testament believers as well!
When the Lord returns who will be removed from the earth, the wicked or the righteous? Matthew 13:41-43  The Son of man shall send forth his angels, and they shall gather out of his kingdom all things that offend, and them which do iniquity; And shall cast them into a furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth. Then shall the righteous shine forth as the sun in the kingdom of their Father. Who hath ears to hear, let him hear. (Also see Matthew 13:49).

Proverbs 10:29-30 ¶ The way of the LORD is strength to the upright: but destruction shall be to the workers of iniquity. The righteous shall never be removed: but the wicked shall not inhabit the earth.
