Pre trib rapture is false along with Eternal security

rapture (2)

We all  should be prepared to meet our Maker Jesus Christ – God  at any time, whether it be Post-Trib, Pre-Trib, 10  years from now, tomorrow, or with our next breath being our last but firstly many are not, and   still God never had  promised we would escape persecution as half of the Christians already do know world wide  so why do a few select persons falsely believe  all Christians will escape the rapture, wishfull thinking on their part.. or they are just plain dumb?
.
“If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it hated you.  19) If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you. 20) Remember the word that I said unto you, The servant is not greater than his lord. If they have persecuted me, they will also persecute you; if they have kept my saying, they will keep yours also.  21) But all these things will they do unto you for my name’s sake, because they know not him that sent me.”(John 15:18-21, KJV)
 .

“… the world hath hated them, because they are not of the world, even as I am not of the world. 15) I pray not that thou shouldest take them out of the world, but that thou shouldest keep them from the evil.” (John 17:14b-15, KJV)

 .

Paul wrote to Timothy: “Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution.” (II Tim. 3:12, KJV)

.

“If ye be reproached for the name of Christ, happy are ye; for the spirit of glory and of God resteth upon you; on their part evil is spoken of, but on your part He is glorified.” (I Peter 3:14)

Corrie Ten Boom’s   in THIS YOUTUBE VIDEO  comments on the Pre-Tribulation Rapture view which is popular today. She relays a word of warning to us in the West from the Suffering Church in China. She exhorts us to prepare ourselves spiritually in Christ, in His Holy Word, and by His Holy Spirit for the coming trials of our faith. She tells of the Chinese Church in a former time being misinformed, unwarned, and ill-prepared for he persecutions that began in 1949 under Mao Tse Tung’s Red Guards. In this letter Corrie warns that Christians in the West today are in danger of falling into a similar disaster born of ecclesiastical neglect and the resultant spiritual unpreparedness. Corrie, in classic Dutch directness plainly states that those who teach a Pre-Tribulation Rapture are among the false teachers Jesus warned us about. See Mat.24:4-5).

.

Millions of godly believers for almost 1,800 years did not believe in a pretribulation rapture. Among these were the reformers of the 1500s and the revivalists of the 1600s-1700s. George Mueller, who lived in the mid-1800s, is reported to have stated, “If you can show me a trumpet after the last (1 Cor. 15:52) and a resurrection before the first (Rev. 20:4-5), then I can believe this new doctrine.”

.

Jesus’ final teaching on His Second Coming, given on the Mount of Olives, and recorded in Matthew 24 and 25, is extremely clear. In Matthew 24, there is no Second Coming and no rapture until “after the tribulation of those days … [for] then shall appear the sign of the Son of Man in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. And He shall send His angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together His elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other” (Matt. 24:29-31).

.

Paul, in 1 Corinthians 15:51-52, places the rapture of the church “at the last trumpet,” as does John in Revelation 11:15-18:  “The seventh angel sounded his trumpet [the last one], and there were loud voices in heaven, which said: The kingdom of the world has become the kingdom of our Lord and of His Christ and He will reign forever and ever … The time has come for judging the dead, and for rewarding Your servants the prophets and your saints and those who reverence Your Name, both small and great … .”

.

The rapture of the church is definitely biblical, but when will the rapture occur? Will it be before (pre), during (mid) or after (post) the great tribulation? Five Scriptures are very clear regarding the exact timing of the rapture.
 1.   And he will send his angels and gather his elect from the four winds, from the ends of theearth to the ends of the heavens (Mark 13:27).NOTE: This event is the rapture. The elect will be gathered from earth to heaven and it occurs posttribulation (or that distress depending on the translation referred to), according to Mark 13:24-27:

But in those days, following that distress, the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light; the stars will fall from the sky, and the heavenly bodies will be shaken. At that time men will see the Son of Man coming in clouds with great power and glory. And he will send his angels and gather his elect from the four winds, from the ends of the earth to the ends of the heavens.

2.   Listen, I tell you a mystery: We will not all sleep, but we will all be changed—in a flash, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, the dead will be raised imperishable, and we will be changed (1 Cor. 15:51,52).NOTE: The rapture is when our bodies will be changed and will occur when the last trumpet is sounded. This event is a also called a “mystery.”
.
 3.   Concerning the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and our being gathered to him, we ask you, brothers, not to become easily unsettled or alarmed by some prophecy, report or letter supposed to have come from us, saying that the day of the Lord has already come. Don’t let anyone deceive you in any way, for that day will not come until the rebellion occurs and the man of lawlessness is revealed, the man doomed to destruction (2 Thess. 2:1-3).NOTE: This teaching is clearly about the rapture for it is described here as “our being gathered to him.” The two major events cited by Paul, which must precede it, have not happened and cannot happen until sometime after the temple is rebuilt and the antichrist is then revealed. Hence, the antichrist will be revealed before the rapture and the saints will face him.
.
4a. The seventh angel sounded his trumpet, and there were loud voices in heaven, which said: “The kingdom of the world has become the kingdom of our Lord and of his Christ, and he will reign for ever and ever.” And the twenty-four elders, who were seated on their thrones before God, fell on their faces and worshiped God, saying: “We give thanks to you, Lord God Almighty, the One who is and who was, because you have taken your great power and have begun to reign. The nations were angry; and your wrath has come. The time has come for judging the dead, and for rewarding your servants the prophets and your saints and those who reverence your name, both small and great—and for destroying those who destroy the earth” (Rev. 11:15-18).NOTE: The seventh trumpet is the last trumpet. This is also when God’s wrath begins and the saints are rewarded. Lk. 14:14 says the rewards will be given out at the resurrection of the righteous (or rapture).

Immediately before the seventh trumpet sounds, we read this about the seventh trumpet:

.

4b. But in the days when the seventh angel is about to sound his trumpet, the mystery of God will be accomplished, just as he announced to his servants the prophets(Rev. 10:7).NOTE: The rapture event is a “mystery” in 1 Cor. 15:51,52 and here in Rev. 10:7 (at the last trumpet—the seventh one). This means all that is described during the first six trumpets will be experienced by the last generation of Christians.
.
5.   I saw thrones on which were seated those who had been given authority to judge. And I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded because of their testimony for Jesus and because of the word of God. They had not worshiped the beast or his image and had not received his mark on their foreheads or their hands. They came to life and reigned with Christ a thousand years. (The rest of the dead did not come to life until the thousand years were ended.) This is the first resurrection. Blessed and holy are those who have part in the first resurrection. The second death has no power over them, but they will be priests of God and of Christ and will reign with him for a thousand years (Rev. 20:4-6).NOTE: The first resurrection (or rapture) will occur after Christians are beheaded for remaining faithful during the time of the antichrist, which includes not taking the mark of the beast. Compare to 2 Thess. 2:1-3. Just like the pieces of a puzzle that fit together and form a clear picture, when these Scriptures are compared it becomes crystal clear that the rapture will occur after the tribulation period and we face the antichrist.

Also related to Rev. 20:4-6 is this passage:

If anyone is to go into captivity, into captivity he will go. If anyone is to be killed with the sword, with the sword he will be killed. This calls for patient endurance and faithfulness on the part of the saints. (Rev 13:10)

Again, this is more evidence that the saints will face the antichrist and this will be before the first resurrection (or rapture). Yes, there will be a rapture (a catching up), as the Bible teaches:

For the Lord himself will come down from heaven, with a loud command, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet call of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first. After that, we who are still alive and are left will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And so we will be with the Lord forever (1 Thess. 4:16,17).

The Bible teaches a post tribulation rapture. It is as it is.

.

Dear saint, in the past the children of God have been burned at the stake, ripped apart by wild animals for amusement, beaten to death, etc. Please don’t think you won’t go through similar rough times yourself because you are his child. Don’t be deceived.

Do not be afraid of those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. Rather, be afraid of the One who can destroy both soul and body in hell (Matt. 10:28).

They overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony; they did not love their lives so much as to shrink from death (Rev. 12:11).

A third angel followed them and said in a loud voice: “If anyone worships the beast and his image and receives his mark on the forehead or on the hand, he, too, will drink of the wine of God’s fury, which has been poured full strength into the cup of his wrath. He will be tormented with burning sulfur in the presence of the holy angels and of the Lamb. And the smoke of their torment rises for ever and ever. There is no rest day or night for those who worship the beast and his image, or for anyone who receives the mark of his name.” This calls for patient endurance on the part of the saints who obey God’s commandments and remain faithful to Jesus. (Rev 14:9-12)

.

Remember also that the tribulation is not the wrath of God, and the tribulation is not seven years in length! It is amazing how some pre-trib rapture people are so adamant about their belief in the timing of the rapture as to state that one is a heretic and/or unsaved if he rejects the pre-trib rapture teaching, but this has actually been taught and some have believed this very thing. May God help them to see the truth.

.

(2 Timothy 2:14 NIV) Keep reminding them of these things. Warn them before God against quarreling about words; it is of no value, and only ruins those who listen.

.

Remember this: A wonderful paradise kingdom is awaiting the overcomer who remains faithful to God, even if he has the privilege to die for Jesus before getting there.

.

 .
It is amazing how many ungodly professing Christians  still do think and falsely preach that just cause they had once received Jesus Christ as their LORD and saviour, they can now even  live a self centered life, or cheat, lie, steal, sin deliberately and they next now will face no personal negative repercussions, they will not even lose their salvation..
.
Hebrews 10:26-27 For if we go on sinning willfully after receiving the knowledge of the truth, there no longer remains a sacrifice for sins, but a certain terrifying expectation of judgment, and the fury of a fire which will consume the adversaries.”
.

Eternal salvation is only given to the obedient –

.

Once made perfect, he [Jesus] became the source of eternal salvation for all who OBEY him (Heb. 5:9). All , people need to get saved and stay saved, which often doesn’t happen! The Christian life is a fight against sin (Heb. 12:4). Sin not only defiles, it can bring a righteous person to his spiritual death. To be worthy of Jesus, you must place him first in your life (even before your family), take up your cross and follow Jesus (Mt. 10:37,38). Only the continual followers of Jesus possess eternal life. Multitudes in our day, who profess to be Christians, only have the faith of demons. They profess Jesus as the Son of God, but live in sin. They do NOT have eternal salvation.

.

It was Christ who said, “You will know them by their fruits.” And Christ went on to say, “Not everyone who says to me Lord, Lord.” shall even enter the kingdom of heaven next.”” Not everyone who says to me Lord, Lord, will enter into the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of my father who is in heaven.” Which includes manifesting the fruit of the holy Spirit

.

(Rom 13:14 KJV) But put ye on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make not provision for the flesh, to fulfil the lusts thereof.

.

BAD PASTORS HAVE LIED TO ME AND HAVE SAID THAT  ONE MAKING  THE LORDSHIP OF JESUS CHRIST ON ONE S LIFE IS A LIFE TIME EXPERIENCE .. THESE COWARDS OR FOOLISH VIRGINS NEVER MADE A FULL COMMITMENT. AND MOST OF THESE PEOPLE WHO DO SO NEVER REPENT DAILY OF THEIR SINS STILL. THE ISSUE WAS IS JESUS THE ACTUAL FULL LORD OF YOUR LIFE OR THE DEVIL

 .

ONCE SAVED, ALWAYS SAVED ACCORDING TO THE BIBLE DOCTRINE OF ETERNAL SECURITY IS FALSE and also STILL false is the Rapture doctrine, which was generally the invention of the Plymouth Brethren led by John Nelson Darby (1800-1882), the idea that Jesus Christ will return for His true Church just before the beginning of the Great Tribulation in a secret gathering or “catching away” was an important part of Darby’s teaching and by 1860 the “rapture” had made its way to the United States

.’

Now we are saved by grace (Eph. 2:8,9) but we can fall from grace (Gal. 5:2-4). We are justified by faith (Rom. 5:1) but our faith can become shipwrecked (1 Tim. 1:19,20) and cease to exist (Lk. 8:13; Rom. 11:19-23). We are not under the law (Rom. 6:14,15) but if you live according to the sinful nature you will die (Rom. 8:13). Paul taught against legalism (Gal. 5:3,4) but he also taught that no immoral, impure or greedy person has any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and of God (Eph. 5:5-7). We are not saved by works (Eph. 2:8,9) but to reap eternal life and not destruction you must sow to please the Spirit and not the sinful nature (Gal. 6:8,9). God is faithful to us (1 Jn. 1:9; 1 Cor. 10:13) but we must be faithful to him to the very end of our lives to escape the lake of fire or second death (Rev. 2:10,11). God surely loves us (Jn. 3:16; Mk. 10:21; Rom. 8:35-39) but those who inherit the kingdom of God love God (Jam 2:5; 1 Cor. 2:9) and to love God means to obey his commands (Jn. 14:15; 1 Jn. 5:3). We have freedom in Christ (Gal. 5:1) but this freedom is not to indulge the sinful nature (Gal. 5:13; 1 Pet 2:16). God is to be obeyed and feared.

.

NOW WHY OVER AND OVER AGAIN IS IT THAT SOME ARE TRYING SO HARD TO PROVE ETERNAL SECURITY TO OTHERS IF THIS WAS SUCH AN OBVIOUS POINT? WHILE ONLY JESUS CAN SAVE US FROM OUR SINS, ETERNAL SECURITY IS STILL A FARCE, A NEW DOCTRINE OF ONLY  THE LAST 2000 YEARS INVENTED BY THE BRETHREN DISPENSATIONALIST REV JOHN DARBY AS IT HAS NOT EVEN A PART OF CHRISTIANITY THE 1800 YEARS BEFORE THAT NOW TOO

.

NEVER MIND YOUR MERE HUMAN ARGUMENTS SHOW HOW MUCH YOU REALLY KNOW THE BIBLE.. QUOTE YOUR APPLICABLE  VERSES THEN.. AS ETERNAL SECURITY IS A BIG DEMONIC LIE.. IF YOU BELIEVE IN IT THE DEVIL HAS YOU POSSESSED NOW AND NOT GOD. THE SAME PERSONS WHO BELIEVE THAT ONE IS ETERNALLY SECURED TEND TO ALSO FALSELY BELIEVE THAT NO CHRISTIAN CAN BE DEMON POSSESSED.. WHAT A MOUTHFUL. YOU CAN SEE WHY THEY DO NOT WANT TO BELIEVE THEY CAN BE DEMON POSSESSED..

.

“Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and our gathering together unto him, that you be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, that the day of Christ is at hand.” — 2 Thess. 2:1,2.Apostle Peter tells us in his second letter (1.16,19-2.3): For we have not followed cunningly devised fables, when we made known unto you the power and coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, but were eyewitnesses of his majesty …. We have also a more sure word of prophecy; whereunto ye do well that ye take heed, as unto a light that shineth in a dark place …. Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation. For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost. But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that brought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction. And many shall follow their pernicious ways; by reason of whom the way of truth shall be evil spoken of. And through covetousness shall they with feigned words make merchandise of you ….(1 Tim 1:7 KJV) Desiring to be teachers of the law; understanding neither what they say, nor whereof they affirm.(Heb 5:12 KJV) For when for the time ye ought to be teachers, ye have need that one teach you again which be the first principles of the oracles of God; and are become such as have need of milk, and not of strong meat.

 .

Philippians 3: 14 I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.
.
1 Timothy 4: 1 Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils;
.

In the Bible, there are several passages in which God promises us the gift of eternal life, and the Bible also makes it perfectly clear that we can never earn that gift. However, a problem develops when people start to think that they don’t need to show any responsibilities towards God’s gift of salvation. Yet if thou warn the wicked, and he turn not from his wickedness, nor from his wicked way, he shall die in his iniquity; but thou hast delivered thy soul. Again, When a righteous [man] doth turn from his righteousness, and commit iniquity, and I lay a stumbling block before him, he shall die: because thou hast not given him warning, he shall die in his sin, and his righteousness which he hath done shall not be remembered; but his blood will I require at thine hand” (Ezekiel 3:19-20).

Clearly everyone who’s under God’s grace needs to accept that dreaded word, “responsibility.”

“Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?” (Matthew 7:21-22).

”Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils” (1 Timothy 4:1).

”And the Lord said unto Moses, Whosoever hath sinned against me, him will I blot out of my book (Exodus 32:33).

”He that overcometh, the same shall be clothed in white raiment; and I will not blot out his name out of the book of life, but I will confess his name before my Father, and before his angels” (Revelation 3:5).

”For [it is] impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted of the heavenly gift, and were made partakers of the Holy Ghost, And have tasted the good word of God, and the powers of the world to come, If they shall fall away, to renew them again unto repentance; seeing they crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh, and put [him] to an open shame” (Hebrews 6:4-6).

•”

And why call ye me, Lord, Lord, and do not the things which I say?” (Luke 6:46).

..

I failed to spot any exemptions allowing Christians to ignore God’s warnings:

”Whosoever hateth his brother is a murderer: and ye know that no murderer hath eternal life abiding in him” (1 John 3:15).

”This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away” (2 Tim 3:1-5).

”But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death” (Revelation 21:8).

”For if after they have escaped the pollutions of the world through the knowledge of the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, they are again entangled therein, and overcome, the latter end is worse with them than the beginning. For it had been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than, after they have known [it], to turn from the holy commandment delivered unto them. But it is happened unto them according to the true proverb, The dog [is] turned to his own vomit again; and the sow that was washed to her wallowing in the mire” (2 Peter 2:20-22).

•”

But now I have written unto you not to keep company, if any man that is called a brother be a fornicator, or covetous, or an idolater, or a railer, or a drunkard, or an extortioner; with such an one no not to eat” (1 Corinthians 5:11).

.

In America, about 84 percent of its citizens claim to be “Christians,” and a reported 57 percent belong to a church. When asked if they think they’ll be going to heaven, more than 90 percent of Americans believe that heaven will be their final destination.

.

Despite this people’s overwhelming optimism, Jesus, in Matthew 7:13-14, said that few would be saved. I’ve been asking people what they believe all my life, and I’ve found a very large portion of society holds to some form of the once-saved-always-saved doctrine.

.

The also bizarre argument that the eternal security crowd propagates is the idea that once you decide to become a Christian, you can never change your mind. Once you’re in, there’s no escape. From what Bible did this cultic teaching come? Certainly not the one I’m using.

.

The Apostle Peter says in 2 Peter 2:21 that it would “had been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than, after they have known [it], to turn from the holy commandment delivered unto them.” Not only did Peter say that believers can turn away, but he said it would be better for them to not have become aware of something that would end up haunting them throughout all eternity.

.

One excuse I hear a lot in an attempt to explain how someone can seem to fall away is the statement that “these people never really believed in the first place.” I have known people who were saved miraculously, yet they fell away. If their salvation wasn’t legitimate, then I’d have to doubt honesty of every of all confessions. 50 percent of all once loudly professing Christians not only fall away, they admit to doing so cause Jesus did not give them all their wants, desires, needs next too.

.

all who believe on Eternal Security agree that salvation is secure for eternity because they truly repented and saved to become a believer sometime in the past even though they act like immoral pigs now too.. Eternal security is not a doctrine on it’s own. It has a supporting doctrine called “Faith Only” doctrine which teaches no works are required. This is primarily because, many of these clearly still Bible ignorant persons they do not properly discern the faith / works mentioned by Paul’s letters and in the book of James. Rom 4:2-5) For if Abraham were justified by works, he hath [whereof] to glory; but not before God. For what saith the scripture? Abraham believed God, and it was counted unto him for righteousness. Now to him that worketh is the reward not reckoned of grace, but of debt. But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness.

.

Jas 2:21-24) Was not Abraham our father justified by works, when he had offered Isaac his son upon the altar? Seest thou how faith wrought with his works, and by works was faith made perfect? And the scripture was fulfilled which saith, Abraham believed God, and it was imputed unto him for righteousness: and he was called the Friend of God. Ye see then how that by works a man is justified, and not by faith only.

,

Eternal security supporters say, A person can be saved (present tense) through faith, not of works, it is the gift of God (Ephesians 2:8, 9).

.

We need to look into the text carefully and with context. They ignore overlook the next verse esp., verse 10 which says “in Christ”.

.

(Eph 2:10) For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.

.

But if someone rejects Christ anytime along the way, he will also not receive eternal life.

.

(Rom 6:22-23) But now being made free from sin, and become servants to God, ye have your fruit unto holiness, and the end everlasting life. For the wages of sin [is] death; but the gift of God [is] eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

Eternal security supporters say, True faithful converts will never reject Christ. If they reject, they were never truly saved.

Let us see what the scripture say.

(1Tim 4:1) Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils;

(Heb 10:38-39) Now the just shall live by faith: but if [any man] draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him. But we are not of them who draw back unto perdition; but of them that believe to the saving of the soul.

How can someone depart from faith if they had not already in faith? Drawing back from what? Scripture says yes, we can walk away.

(Matthew 7:19) “Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire.

Passages demonstrating that salvation is conditional upon continued faith:

You were once alienated from God – your very thoughts were hostile towards Him and your deeds were evil. Yet God has now made peace with you through the death of Christ in His physical body so that you may stand before Him as holy, without blemish and free from accusation – [this you will do] if you remain solidly grounded and firmly fixed in the faith, and un-moved from your hope in the gospel . . . Colossians 1:21-23

Here is a trustworthy saying: If we died with Him, we will also live with Him; if we persevere, we will also reign with Him. If we disown Him, He will also disown us; If we are faithless, He will remain faithful, for He cannot disown Himself. 2nd Timothy 2:11-13

It is through this gospel that you are being saved, if you hold firmly to the word I preached to you – otherwise you have believed in vain. 1st Corinthians 15:2

We are of [Christ’s] household, if we hold fast to our courage and confidence in this hope. Hebrews 3:6

For we have all become partners of Christ, if we hold fast to our original conviction firmly to the end. Hebrews 3:14

2. Passages that warn us to protect our faith:

Examine yourselves to see whether you still stand steady in the faith. Put your qualifications [as Christians] to the test. Or didn’t you know this about yourselves, that Jesus Christ is at home in you – if He’s not, then you are already disqualified. 2nd Corinthians 13:5
